Monthly Rentals in St. James Parish

We had to come to town for a family emergency, and Ivianna allowed us to extend our stay. The house was beautiful and spacious—just the oasis we needed to rest between family events. The beds were comfy, and the bathrooms were spacious. I loved the unique golf card experiences; we even saw a few gators. Ivianna was the best host, communicative, and replied to any issues quickly. I left a previous review since we extended the stay, but I would recommend it and stay again.

I would like to start off by saying the corner property on the edge of town is right close to the river and a historical marker. Private parking with ample space for everyone. The fridge, stove, microwave and washer and dryer are clean and in good working order. The place comes with tvs in each room and plenty of seating to lounge. I love the real wood counter top and shelving. There is a good assortment of cookware and eating utensils, though you may need your own towels and wash rags. All together, a very pleasant stay. We would definitely stay here again if working in the are again and it is available.

Tammy was nothing short of a phenomenal host! As a bonus, the house is in a very nice location up against the lake, which was very peaceful at night. If you want a serene getaway, whether you are in town or from out of town, this is the place to go! You will not be disappointed. Also great WiFi connection for those who work remotely.

This was perfect! Being Super Bowl week. Places close to city were over priced. This was perfect for pricacy, parking, close to airport with plenty of food/shopping options as needed! There are multiple units in this location;however, was very peaceful. I appreciated the in-site laundry. Host always communicated with anything I needed. This particular unit was a perfect cozy size to accommodate 1person or couple. I would happily stay here again when in the area! Thank you!!
