Holiday rentals with a patio in Springfield

I was happy to return to this beautiful & peaceful location for a 2nd time, a literal oasis this visit despite the rain. The design and amenities in the studio are stunning and make for a comfortable, effortless stay. Thankfully a sunny morning enabled an enjoyable lovely wander through the trails on the property, a great way to start my day! Bert is a superb host!

Our stay couldn’t have been better. The listing matched reality perfectly—stairs and all—and the hosts stayed a step ahead with friendly, detailed messages and a useful house guide. The location is superb: an easy stroll to everything in North Adams and a great jumping-off point for exploring the Berkshires. The home itself was spotless, cozy, and wonderfully quiet. The hosts were extremely understanding of a minor issue (our fault) that occurred. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would gladly return.

This was a great Airbnb-good location near town, plenty of parking and excellent amenities. We did some cooking and serving there and the kitchen was really well stocked and there was coffee and tea on hand. Nice to have the half bath on the ground floor and the full bath upstairs.

Staying at Kevin’s place was such a reset from Manhattan. It was cozy, comfortable and very breathtaking. Kevin has great response time and is willing to assist you while you stay. Will definitely be back soon!

We had another wonderful weekend at Barbara & Chad's suite. We've stayed there multiple times and love it for our family of four. The hosts are always responsive and so very helpful. We also love the nearby Berkshire East Mountain resort and nearby local towns. Looking forward to our next visit!

My new go-to place in the berkshires! I love the berkshires for hiking , my favorite spa (mend), and all the cute shops/food outings! This spot was perfect - it's well-decorated, the bathroom is nice, and the location is GREAT! Loved the back patio for morning coffee. Washer/dryer was fast. Host is very responsive and helpful. Looking forward to my next stay & would love to bring my dog next time :)

The super host Bruno was “super”! He was a pleasant timely communicator. My partner and I stayed for one night. We were very pleased with the space. It was clean and spacious. The queen bed was very comfortable. The living room had cozy furniture. The shower had amazing water pressure and plenty of hot water. I suggest you read the instructions of how to turn the shower on and set the temperature in the listing. The location was perfect. It was only an 8 minute drive to Northampton center which offers a wealth of restaurants and unique shops. Also it was only a 2 minute drive or 20 minute walk to Florence center. Definitely check out the Florence Pie Bar, Miss Florence Diner and Coopers Market. Just a 10 minute walk from the apartment is Masa Mexicana- a great Mexican restaurant. The apartment was in a very quiet neighborhood and set in back, on the second floor. It was private and looked out onto some pretty greenery. It had all the amenities. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely town and environment. Very spacious and fully equipped apartment. The two bedrooms are separated from each other by the big kitchen, a little reading room and the living room…so good privacy. Two TVs. Comfy beds! The small town is an easy and pleasant walk. It’s a ground floor apartment under the owners house, so be prepared for the patter of little dog feet above. We did not see the owners but communication was terrific. Great place to stay in the vicinity.

My family and I stayed at Jason's house for four days for my graduation, and it's no exaggeration to say that it was the best B&B stay we've ever had! The views throughout the house are just beautiful, and the huge floor-to-ceiling windows give you a perfect view of the lake from the moment you open the door to your room. The deck set up, and the lake amenities make this house a perfect vacation spot. The amenities were great! The grill, dishwasher, and washer were all there, and the hot tub, kayaks, and life jackets made it perfect for our lake activities. I also personally loved the special hand sanitizers in the house, they seemed to be a custom brand and smelled great! Overall, this is a very beautiful, modern house that you won't regret staying in!

This was a fantastic little house—perfect for 2–4 people! Bethany is truly a master of hospitality; every detail was thoughtfully considered, and the place was spotless—easily one of the cleanest Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. She was also excellent at communicating—friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout. The location is great too, pretty central and convenient for getting around. Highly recommend!

The perfect place for a group of volunteers for a WNEU event to stay for a weekend! Easy to access, great spaces, and we wish we had the opportunity to follow the host's recommendations for the area. Thank you!

Bryan and June’s place is peaceful and cozy, and the location by the river is spectacular. The kitchen was really comfortable, clean and usable with lots of cookware and nice quality dishes to eat off of; we easefully made multiple meals together and really enjoyed doing it - which isn’t always the case with Airbnbs. Both bedrooms are lovely, so if you’re in a group that needs both bedrooms, this is a rare find where EVERYONE gets “the nice room.” A rare find!! The beds are comfy and on the softer side, and should work great for 99% of people (they were just fine for my spouse and for our friend who traveled with us). IF you are someone who needs an especially firm and supportive bed due to back issues (my situation, sigh), they may not work for you. I’m only sharing that for anyone else in my very specific position, since I also rely on reviews for info like this!

We had an amazing stay! The location was amazing and the hot tub was perfect! Lots of fun activities to do in the area as well and Marissa gave so many great recommendations. My husband and I had a great time !

We loved our stay in Stacy’s cozy, clean, and pet-friendly home! Our furbaby felt right at home and enjoyed the dog toys. Host was responsive and accommodating. Peaceful, and very beautiful home in a nice area. Highly recommend!

There was plenty of room for our whole family with space to be together and have privacy if needed. We loved the backyard where we played corn hole that we brought and had a fire. The roads are safe for walking. Andrew was responsive to one minor issue we had which was very much appreciated! I would highly recommend a stay at this spot!!

Karen was awesome and I would definitely go back again when I’m not working to just relax enjoy her home.

Pacers Pasture is on a quiet road giving it a cute country experience in a great small town. The space has an amazing unfenced yard which was great for the dogs. Easy access inside with key entry, and we loved the door entry being toward the back of house for added privacy. The house has very comfortable linens, tons of parking, and the hottest water ever - which was perfect after a cold day adventuring. Aaron provides toiletries, some nice kitchen basics likes spices and teas/coffee, fast wifi-TV streaming, and a cozy space perfect for relaxing. Bonus points for being tastefully decorated and not overly cluttered. Would stay again!

Yulia's place was the perfect spot for a Memorial Day weekend getaway. Was even great for an infant! It was comfy and cozy! Loved the patisserie downstairs and the town. Highly recommend!

I am very familiar with the villas there so the layout is very similar to the one my parents bought. I think it was very nice to have the keypad to get in and out and everything was clean and it was very easy communicating with Kim.

Great apartment! Furniture is comfy. Kitchen is fully stocked. Neighborhood is peaceful. During my stay the cutting boards were stored between the microwave and wall (took me a day to find them)

Ashley has a great place!! It was a fantastic place to visit with my friends and reminisce. Weirdly, this rental turns out to be the place my great grandparents lived and did business as my grandma grew up. I did not have any ghostly contact with my relatives in the apartment (I was kind of hoping and not hoping to see them 😂), but I still had such a meaningful time sitting in the spaces they did so many years ago. Ashley is an excellent host and I will come here again next time I “come home”. 😊

The stay was very peaceful, friendly neighbors. The scenery was great, Desiree was there for any concerns we had, and with timely response. I would anyone that want a pleasurable stay while in Norwich, this is the place to be. Thanks again, for a wonderful stay. William & Potreen

loved this place, wish it wasn’t so expensive but honestly it’s expensive for a reason lol, it’s a very nice place to stay with the hot tub and pool accessible! 10/10

We had a great time and the property was immaculate! The hosts came by with extra towels quickly upon request and it was a holiday. Recommended!
