We renovated the apartment in May 2021 then topped it off with tasteful decorations. We strive to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. The apt has one bedroom w/a queen bed, stocked kitchen with Keurig & toaster along with other cooking utensils. One full bath, shower/tub combo, sleeper sofa in the living room.

Tiny Home in Spring Hill 1 Queen Bed

Enjoy a private and peaceful setting home to lots of wildlife. The tiny home is surrounded by a privacy fence along with woods on two sides. As you step inside you will be welcomed by the warm inviting rustic atmosphere The kitchen offers all the amenities necessary to prepare simple meals with an electric 2 burner cooktop, mini fridge, Keurig, microwave and air fryer. Outside the large picture window is a waterfall and patio where you can bird watch or lounge in the hammock under the gazebo.

Whispering Cottage

Whispering Cottage is perfect for a couple or a family! There is a lovely master bedroom, as well as bunk beds right off the kitchen for the kiddos! Plus there’s a fire pit and playhouse to enjoy in the huge fenced-in patio area. Nestled between historic Franklin and Columbia, yet only about 30 minutes from Nashville, there are so many fun things to do! Bonus! We are within walking distance of Spring Hill's favorite coffee shop (The Fainting Goat), a playground, and a few boutiques!
