Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Spring Hill

We have stayed at allot of Airbnb places and Vicki’s is the most like home with extras, from pour over coffee to an amazing high definition projector. The house is very well stocked for cooking. Pots, pans, utensils, gadgets, BBQ. Coffee- Keurig, pour over, electric tea kettle, and a brother that heats and cools your cream. The towels are amazing as well as the beds ( memory foam). At night we watched firefly’s from the back porch while we enjoyed the peaceful quietness of this amazing place. Vicki was always very responsive and there is a handy book full of places to go and things to do. If you go to the farmers market in Franklin I suggest you go early as this is a very busy place, but well worth it. If you like oatmeal I suggest the Scottish oatmeal from one of the vendors. The fresh eggs from next door are awesome. If you are looking for busy night life then you should look somewhere else, if you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing, gorgeous house then this house is for you.

It is hard to describe the feeling of peace and welcome that you feel when you come into the cottage. And cottage is the perfect word for it. It just feels like the coziest little home you ever were in. My husband and I absolutely loved it and enjoyed our time curled up with books on the couch or having our morning coffee in the screened porch. Stephen keeps this place perfectly. I would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone that we know that would be going to Nashville and needing a place to stay. I’m not sure I would have very little kids there (under 6 maybe) , but for a couple or an adult it is the perfect spot. We really enjoyed Stephen and invited him in to sit and talk with us and tell us about some of the incredible things in the cottage. He is very friendly and willing to chat if you want to but not intrusive in any fashion. It is very near to the Greenhills shopping area, but extremely quiet and peaceful. We will definitely choose to stay at the cottage in the future!

Had a wonderful peaceful weekend. It was a bit rainy so the gas fireplace was very much welcomed. Nice location to Arrington Vineyards and great little restaurants in Eagleville. It was everything thing we needed. Had an issue with our car on Saturday and Gail was very helpful getting us information! Sanford House will be our go to when we are in the area!

Beautiful property with spacious house! Clean, love the back porch, fire pit, and games! The beds are super comfy and the water pressure is great, which matters to me! Spent the day at the winery and quick drive back to house! Would definitely stay again!

Out of all the Airbnbs we've stayed at, this one was by far the best! The hosts were incredibly kind and thoughtful — they truly went above and beyond. From the little bottles of shampoo and conditioner to the kid-friendly cups, plates, and even toys, they thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and special. Our toddler had such a great time playing with their sweet children, and we all enjoyed toasting marshmallows together — such a fun and memorable experience! The bathtub was a highlight — seriously amazing. This place felt like a true oasis. And the chickens? Absolutely adorable! Every morning, our son was so excited to go see them. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

The area is a basement so upon arriving there was a slight musty smell but that dissipated. We basically used the place for sleeping only, but could have eaten there if we wanted. Our goal was pretty much hanging out along Broadway. Lyft prices ranged from 18 to 50 depending on time of day. There is always traffic so ride time is about 30 mins on average to get downtown Next visit I would stay closer if that is the goal. The room darkening drape that is used to cover stairway does let quite a bit of morning light in. Bed was ok. Did not see owners. Area was quiet and safe

Donna and Randy were extremely nice hosts. The perfect quiet place to stay in Nashville . They have a beautiful and peaceful backyard space. The interior has really nice updates, with an attention to detail. Definitely will stay here again.

If we could rate it 6 out of 5 we would. This place was so welcoming and had everything we could possibly need and more. From the welcome song playing on the TV to all the beautiful touches throughout the house, this was the place to be. This is exactly what I want to experience when staying away from home. You can tell the host really took her precious time to cater to all her guests. Everything was smooth and simple. Thank you so much!

Lizbeth is an AMAZING host. She was so easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. Be aware that Antioch is not particularly close to Nashville proper, the pool and hot tub are in a shared space, and you can hear EVERYTHING upstairs while in the unit. Over all would highly recommend the stay if you just want a cozy, homey stay with some amazing hosts. I couldn’t recommend Lizbeth enough just the space was 3.5/4 stars but the host was easily 5 stars

Fantastic communication. Easy arrival and check in. Pool was terrific. Condo as described. Walkable to all of downtown. Helpful staff on site. Bedroom is definitely very bright in the morning like other reviews have stated so if you need pitch black morning sleeping arrangements probably book elsewhere.

Beautiful stay!! This place is a hidden gem within 15 minutes of the bustle of Nashville. Very comfortable and cozy, great place to work, very peaceful surroundings.

Very pleasant experience! Shannah and Rich were great hosts! They checked in on us on multiple occasions which was very nice. Very clean space and looked exactly as it did in the photos. Highly recommend! A+++
