Monthly Rentals in Spina Nuova

I spent a wonderful week in this exceptionally beautiful accommodation. The apartment is extremely clean, tastefully furnished, partly with valuable antiques. There is nothing missing: the kitchen is well equipped, towels and bed linen of excellent quality, perfect WiFi and two TVs (living area & bedroom). Very practical: parking directly in front of the entrance. Outside, you can sit undisturbed in the shade or in the sun - ideal for relaxing. The warmth of Laura and her family was overwhelming. They were always helpful, patient with my imperfect Italian, and we got along wonderfully. The location is ideal for discovering Spoleto and many places in beautiful Umbria on day trips. I was very sad to have to leave again - my time there was so beautiful. I would love to come back and can highly recommend this accommodation, even for longer stays. Thank you very much, dear Laura!

Nice apartment, clean and well-equipped with everything you need, even in the kitchen, Magdalena is very kind and helpful. Ideal place for those who love nature and tranquility. Good location for visiting Spoleto and its surroundings and the Sibillini mountains.

It really was a wonderful stay in trevi. The studio is great, it has everything you need to be well, being winter it was quite warm, and the days when it was hot kept quite cool. The host was very attentive, we did not have a car when we arrived and went to pick us up and leave us at the station. there is a bus that connects well with foligno, to take trains or other buses for all umbria. We had no trouble getting around from here. I would definitely be back !

Very nice apartment in the heart of the village of Acera, clean and equipped with everything you need. It's very refreshing, a real treat after a hot day! The place is a bit out of the way but exceptionally peaceful. And in any case, it is well connected (by car) to the various villages to visit in the surroundings. Doriana was also available remotely and the keys were handed over to us as soon as we arrived (they were waiting for us in the parking lot despite our approximate arrival time). I absolutely recommend this solution for those traveling by car and wishing to visit Umbria with its nature and its beautiful villages, retiring every evening in an oasis of peace.
