We had a wonderful stay at this modern, minimalist and very tastefully furnished villa. The quiet location and the large pool were perfect for relaxing, and yet we were a few minutes by car from the most beautiful beaches of Salento. Thanks to Giulia and Michele who took care of everything. We would come back anytime!

Just an amazing place! We stayed for three nights but wish it was more! Truly beautiful location with the apartment situated close to the ocean for loads of snorkelling along the coast line The apartment had everything you need and an amazing balcony with pool was so special! Excellent quaint house, wonderful yard, clean, and close to the beach. A great spot for my kids! Well worth the trip to the south of Puglia.

We were the first tenants of the season. Anna did her best to welcome us. It was great! Perfect accommodation for 2 people in an authentic setting, reminiscent of a fisherman's hut, beautiful outdoor terrace in the middle of the bougainvillea! a roof top with direct sea view to enjoy the sunrise. Absolute calm and serenity! A haven of peace... to relax Anna is very friendly and attentive, offered us a beautiful boat trip to admire the sunset, late afternoon of dreams on the Adriatic and Ionian seas! The apartment was fantastic, very new, very clean and perfect for a stay of 4 persons over 1 week. Terrace and pool have an exceptional view and nearby coastline and small village are very beautiful. Also the close beach bay which is a known attraction in the region with easy access from the appartment. Communication with Marco was very easy and everything worked out perfectly.

The house is at the border of Castro on the litorale, surrounded by olive trees. It is very private and spacious. The view is amazing. The sea and restaurants are within walking distance. The house has everything and is extremely spacious, we really liked it. Ornella and her husband are very kind and very helpful, they even picked us up from the supermarket. We would definetly recommend it!

It was a pleasure staying there. The apartment is comfortably furnished and has a very nice floor plan. The self-built rooms were very appealing and the outdoor area invited you to linger.

There were two of us staying at the place for six nights and more than satisfied. May is before the season, so we were alone in the entire street. The terrace is a dream, but visible to the neighbors. Because we were alone, this was nothing difficult. We highly recommend the apartment, Fernando was a great host and was always easily accessible and friendly!

The house is very well located in the historic center of Matino. The neighborhood is very quiet. The house is very well equipped and you feel very good there. The terrace is super nice. And Chloe is always available. We had a lovely stay.

The place is so cute and is the perfect location to explore the coast of Salento . You’re right beside sea. The place is spotless and luisa was great at responding immediately. You’re a walk away from lots of nice coffee shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend as a base.

Maria and her husband were hosts who, with great kindness and discretion, welcomed us to a magnificent residence by the sea: clean, well organized and with practically private access to the sea. 50 steps separate you from a bright cliff from which you can enjoy a quiet and relaxing view from the splendid equipped terrace. The private parking facilitates travel from a location that remains close (5/20 mins) to many wonderful beaches. Wonderful vacation also thanks to this incredible house.

Lovely rustic villa, with sea views. Great location with an easy easy walk to town with cafes and restaurants. We enjoyed a quiet stay and parking was available in the street.

My family and I had the pleasure of staying with Enrico and his wife, who were truly wonderful in everything. The house is fresh, beautiful, cozy, clean, comfortable... In short, nothing is missing! The location is strategic for visiting the center of Specchia and Salento in general. Communication with Enrico was excellent from before arrival. We thank him and his wife again for everything. When we return to Specchia, we hope to be their guests again.

The little home is very very special, highly recommend to get back to nature. You have everything you need.

Ugo and Maria were the most welcoming and helpful hosts. They helped us when we arrived and showed us around - the apartment is super nice, super clean, smelled wonderfully and is beautifully decorated with italian antiques. We had everything we needed. On top there is a beautiful outside-area all to ourselves where had meals overlooking the roses in the garden. Ugo and Maria even gave us great information about the area and special places. We loved to stay with them and would love to come back soon!

Charming village home. Feels like stepping back in time but with excellent hot water and a comfortable bed. Cold rosé and taralli were a welcome surprise. House is stocked with beach towels, coffee, drinking water, and assortment of oil and vinegar. Lovely roof terrace with a sea view and a place to tuck out of the tramontana winds to watch the sky change candy colors at sunset or sunrise. Just up the hill from my favorite swim spot, this quiet little town doesn’t have much but with Tulsi Shop for all your summer Indian cotton dress needs, a well stocked COOP for groceries, and Eutopia cafe for tasty meals and vino, it’s perfect. Great location to explore the greater area. Already looking forward to my return and will stay here again, if I’m lucky enough to catch an open window. 💖🙏🏼🌸 Thank you!

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The place was not only very clean, but also tastefully and cozily furnished. We didn't miss anything – everything you needed was there. We were particularly pleased with the little touches: the personal check-in and check-out was very warm and uncomplicated, upon our arrival there was fresh fruit and even a delicious cake to say goodbye. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back! Thank you for the great hospitality!
