We visited this place for our “baby moon” and had the best time! Listing matched the description, was very clean, and the host was super friendly and always responded quickly! During our stay we had some issues with the draining in the shower and messaged Brittany right away. She was super apologetic and sent a plumber out to take care of it! She even compensated us for the trouble - which she didn’t have to do, but it just goes to show how thoughtful she is and the pride she takes in taking care of her guests! My husband told me to save this place because if we’re ever in the area again, we will be staying here!

The condo was beautiful and had everything that we needed. We appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, including the Keurig. Balcony had a great view, very clean and well furnished. Beach access was a short walk through the building and down a few steps. Beach was never crowded, even on a holiday. Beach equipment and a wagon was supplied. We would stay there again.

This apartment was perfect for my family of four. We had so much fun on the beach! We saw so many sea turtles and wildlife around the property. Carolyn and Mike were so friendly and had lots of local food recommendations. We especially loved the German cafe! The apartment had everything we needed. The pull out couch was comfy for our two kids. Thank you so much for hosting us. We’ll be back!!

Claudine's home was wonderful! My sister and I went for a quick weekend trip from Orlando. We enjoyed the Kayking, our unit was very clean, and the host was excellent. We were able to see a missle launch and met the next door neighbor Jim. If you are into NASA this is the place to go! Jim worked at NASA and is an amazing educator! We will definitely return!

Overall it was a great stay. Some stains in coffee cups and a TAD bit of hair in/ on a few towels; neither were a big deal. It was easy to find and looked just like the pictures. Also loved the easy checkout.

Absolutely loved it! Was perfect quick getaway for me and my son and right on the beach!

I loved the place is really comfortable and super close to the beach (3 mins walk) also there is a 7-eleven down the street (5 mins walk), and other stores close by. The house has its own patio with a coal bbq and stuff to take to the beach (chairs, umbrellas, cooler and toys). The interior of the house is really nice too. When you get to the beach you'll be able to see the rocket launch pad/station, be aware that if there is a rocket launch schedule for when you stay, the house will shake/vibrate a lot kind of scary but fun at the same time lol those things are insane powerful.

This is my first time booking an Airbnb and I have to say it was a 10/10 experience! The space was so clean and cozy I felt right at home as soon as I entered the door. This was my first ever solo trip so having the host so close by was very comforting! They were very responsive which I loved. I also loved some of the places they recommended! Although we weren’t in contact a lot over my stay they were very welcoming and sweet which makes me so ready to book with them again!! I have already recommended this bnb to everyone I know it is definitely on my top 5 places to stay in Merritt island!!

My wife and I decided at the last minute that we wanted to honeymoon in Florida. We fell in love with the Cape Canaveral area given the proximity to a lot of attractions. We got a great rate for a 6-day (5 night) stay (be in mind we went during the offseason). The air B&B was exactly as pictured and described. Beachside was very responsive to any message I sent or questions I had. We were able to capitalize on a 1hr earlier check in time for just $20…which was an easy purchase decision after driving for 12 1/2 hours. Will be staying here again the next time we’re in the area. Recommend Beachside to anybody who wants to stay in the Cape Canaveral area.

Cute, clean apartment in town. Pets are allowed, but not on the furniture, so be sure to bring your fur baby’s own bed. We really enjoyed our stay.

My son and I stayed 3 nights and had a great stay! The apartment was spotless and very homey. The walk down to the beach was easy and convenient, and Marguerite has provided all the items you need for relaxing on the beach. She has also provided a book with recommendations, and we were able to eat at several great restaurants within a short walking distance. Marguerite was super friendly and responsive when I had a question. My son, who is 6 foot tall, used the murphy bed, which was easy to set up & comfy. The main bed was also very comfy. We would definitely stay again!

This was a cute and perfectly little accommodation for my short 5 day beach visit. It had everything I needed down to the travel sized toiletries for the shower. It was clean, appeared to be newly renovated and very comfortable. It was a 2 min walk straight out the door and up the road to the beach entrance. The beach at this entrance was empty. I had the entire area to myself which was very peaceful. I saw dolphins, pelicans and collected plenty of shells. It was a short drive from anything you needed from Walmart to delicious restaurants. Thank you so much for the amazing stay!

Find the location of the spot was very easy. It was easy to check in when we walked inside. We were amazed by how the photos matched exactly how the groom would be in person. Overall I would totally recommend getting an Airbnb here.

Sam was really helpful in getting us into the place and making sure we had what we needed. It was a relaxing stay with a beautiful and easy trip to the pool and ocean! The condo itself was spotlessly clean, really cutely curated and generally a peaceful place to relax after an extremely long travel day. We were grateful for the place and today getting to our cruise line! We want to come back!!! 🐚🏝️🫶🏻💕

We loved staying at the Airbnb. Clean, cozy and everything we needed to feel at home. You can walk to a restaurant, pool and gym. It was very close to the Kennedy Space Center. We had a great stay! Thank you!

The condo was very clean and spacious for 3 guests. I loved that I could see the ocean while in the kitchen. The beach access was great. There is a separate key to get into the pool area or back from the beach. The gate into the pool area was tricky and I had to play with the key for a bit before I could get it to unlatch each time. Because they take sea turtle nesting seriously, this made a late check in a bit tricky. The complex advises guests to turn off lights or close blinds at 9. This made for a VERY dark complex upon our arrival with red lighting in the parking garages. Once we figured out our bearings, it was fine after that. Not a lot of entertainment in the area. A lot of things close by 10pm. The condo is in good condition with one bathroom and the kitchen being upgraded with granite. The other bathroom is a little outdated but very clean and spacious. Some of the other complex areas are a bit outdated. Overall, the complex was safe and clean and I would recommend it!

The vacation condo is really nice and cozy. The condo is nicely decorated and it matches the pictures that are included on the listing. My family and I felt right at home. The living room and kitchen has a great amount of comfortable seating. The master bathroom was amazing with two showers. Both bathrooms had candles for the guests to light if wanted, making the bathrooms relaxing lol. The condo building and parking garage was easy to enter and maneuver around. Great location for visiting Merritt Island, Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral. JJ is an awesome host and he replied to our questions within 5-10 minutes each time we asked something. Check-in and check-out instructions were very detailed and easy to follow. We would love to stay again next time we come to the area!

Great location right on the beach. Nice and quiet! We enjoyed the supply of beach chairs, umbrella and towels. Plenty of space in the unit where 4 adults could comfortably stay. We had just two of us and a toddler and it would be better for older kids. There is loft window above the living room and kitchen which opens directly into the upstairs bedroom that made it difficult to sleep in. Otherwise, it was a decent stay.

We had a great time in Kathleen’s Big Blue House- apparently all our needs were anticipated, even the tiniest detail! Kathleen was extremely helpful, and replied rapidly to every question. The private hot tub, dock, hammock and outdoor shower- along with the charming unit, itself, were perfect. Inside and out, Kathleen creates a welcoming, cozy, pleasing space. The furniture was comfortable, and the bed, towels and linens were just right!😊 We loved the outside swing and chairs -perfect for hanging loose, having a cup of coffee , watching awesome sunrises and moonrises (until moonrise came later!), as well as the Osprey fledglings, various other birds, lizards, frogs and fishes dolphins, sting rays, and more! Kathleen and her staff made our time thoroughly agreeable. It was convenient to have all the necessities in place- although we didn’t do any cooking, everything needed was there! Toiletries were also available- as well as some books and games! Thank you, Kathleen!

my boyfriend and i really enjoyed our stay at Pedro’s lovely home. him and his team were very quick and responsive whenever i had any questions. we also highly appreciated all the amenities he had to offer. the apartment is beautifully decorated, clean, and perfectly located near beaches. definitely would recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Laura's condo. It was very clean and well stocked with the essentials. The ocean view from the balcony is beautiful! Laura is a very kind and responsive host. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

We had initially rented a place for our six day vacation/cousin’s wedding. When we arrived to the initial rental, it was not as pictured on Airbnb. My husband needed a recliner to sleep, as he has a bad back and can’t lay flat in a bed. The initial rental pictured a recliner that was not there when we arrived. We found Deb’s place on Airbnb with a reclining sofa/sectional that was very comfortable! She worked with us to get us all set up for her rental even though it was a last minute booking. Everything went smooth and fast with the booking. It was as described, plus better! The condo was well supplied with everything we needed from our plane flight for our stay and very comfortable! The condo was conveniently located to the wedding venue at NASA. Also, very convenient to other attractions and lots of good restaurants. Our favorite restaurant that we ate at almost every day was Atlantic Seafood, fresh, local seafood. Definitely will return.
