NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in downtown Rosenheim. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

Spend a nice time in the apartment with Berblick and large south terrace. Our apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, TV and a bathtub. In the village it is about 1000 m to the swimming lake, there are many hiking trails and in winter a cross-country ski trail right outside the door. Sika is a super loving, funny, open and very interesting personality. My conversations with her were heartfelt and very inspiring. The same goes for the area and the accommodation: wide fields on the edge of the forest, the small cottage in the middle. In between, there were always visits from the dogs on the terrace, the horses snorted in the background. Pure idyll. ❤️

We spent wonderful, carefree days with our two children (4 and 8 years) on the farm of Andrea and Hansi. We enjoyed the family atmosphere and the great hospitality and felt at home from the first day. The children were allowed to participate in court life to their heart's content, and each of the thousand and one questions was answered with warm patience. The days flew by, we will keep them in the best memory and will gladly come back!

We had a wonderful time in this exceptionally beautiful accommodation. The house is located in an idyllic setting – perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. Everything was very well maintained and lovingly furnished, you can immediately tell that a lot of heart is put into the work here. Lisa and Max were simply great: despite many inquiries, they always took the time to support us in a friendly and helpful way. They were very eager to fulfill our every wish and made sure that we could feel completely comfortable. You rarely experience so much commitment and cordiality! Our stay in Pfaffing was great! The apartment is superbly equipped, modernly furnished and immaculately clean. An Edeka and bakery are only a few minutes' walk away. It takes about 50 minutes to get to Munich, which is perfect for a day trip. We can fully recommend this accommodation. We felt completely comfortable and would definitely come back!
