Apartment holiday rentals in Southbourne

The property was lovely. exactly what I expected and more! Everything was squeaky clean upon arrival and was very impressed with the complimentary popcorn, biscuits, tea, coffee and milk upon arrival. Very nice touch indeed! We was surprised to see such a vast selection on games which kept us entertained for the one day where rain decided to make an appearance for a full day! All in all we had a brilliant stay and would definitely recommend and even book again to stay here. I would like to make a special shout out to Jemma who tends to the property as she goes above and beyond to ensure everything is plain sailing. My niece left her luggage after checking out, Jemma took the time to message me and arranged for us to retrieve the bag despite us having left the area so thank you for that Jemma! Thank you for the stay, was great!!

It’s a good size for 2 people. Yes you are right next to a busy main road & that’s the view from the balcony but for the price it was worth it! I appreciated the details, like the micellar water, cotton buds, shower gel etc & plenty of toilet roll for our stay. I found the bed comfortable, my partner struggled with it being too soft but he was delighted with the fan in the bedroom! Kitchen was well equipped with oils, herbs/ salt& pepper One suggestion however, is to upgrade the kitchen bin as it’s far too small & has no lid which isn’t great if you’re throwing away rubbish! Another suggestion would be to provide another decent sized glass, as I had to have a beer from a mug! I’d also recommend bringing an extra washing up sponge/ tea towel as the sponge especially smelt quite bad. It was about 10 min walk away from the beach/town, & a co-op just down the road. Also a few minutes drive to a huge Asda. Overall would stay here again, thank you for having us! ☺️

Had a fantastic stay. The flat was in a perfect location and very clean and comfortable. It had all we needed for a relaxing break. Duncan was very helpful in giving information about the flat and also local recommendations. We would love to return, hopefully before too long.

We had a great few days in Southbourne. The flat is very smart and there are great sea views from the balcony. It's a fairly quiet neighbourhood most of the time but the beach is popular with locals when the sun comes out. The two pubs nearby are ok for a quick drink, but it's worth the 5 minute drive into Christchurch to find nicer watering holes and eateries. We had trouble finding a parking space a couple of times but even when we had to park on the sea front, we could still see the car from the flat. Tanyth was very proactive with communications, checking in with us prior to arrival and during the stay. We had no issues but I am sure she would have responded quickly if we had.

Lesley has created a really lovely space here - nicely furnished and equipped. I was on my own which was great as it's not a big place but suited me perfectly and I hope to use it again. Some lovely finishing touches and I felt very cared for even though we didn't meet. Thank you so much

Everything looks exactly like the pictures & description. Three supermarket expresses are located just a few minutes away. The beach is great and you can reach it within 8 minutes. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay at the flat which was very clean and as described. Parking was a bonus and it made it convenient to get to the holiday dialysis centre my wife attended while we were there.

Kate was so responsive and the apartment was very clean. Great location to the lovely Sobo beach and great breakfasts at Brown Dog which is a few minutes walk from apartment. Very clean and would stay again! Thank you

We’ve just returned from a family celebration at the Penthouse and it was perfect! The photos don’t do it justice. It has been finished beautifully with a lot of care and attention, and the view is simply stunning. Adrian was kind, helpful and attentive and we will definitely be returning. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

The day we arrived the lift unfortunately broke down and the two more able bodied of us carried the luggage up the stairs. To help us, Nick carried all our luggage downstairs on checkout and was very helpful when I left an item behind. The views are gorgeous, beds very comfortable and the space was much appreciated. Overall, our stay was great.

Tracy’s home is beautiful and modern, super luxe and very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay! The kitchen has everything we needed to cook an evening meal each night and the free wine and beer plus a coffee machine too with pods supplied was a nice touch. It’s within 10 mins walk of the lovely Westbourne Beach which we took advantage of every day, avoiding the crowds by Bournemouth Pier. Would definitely recommend Tracy’s place if anyone was looking to stay in the area and be close to the sea.

We booked Stephen's place to disconnect from London and enjoy the good weather. Their house is super cute and cosy. We felt at home and relax. We don't drive but everything is at walking distance if you enjoy walking and taking your time to enjoy the area. Also, it is close to the bus stop to go to Bournemouth. Boscombe beach is super nice, familiar and safe with lots of space. I super recommend staying at Stephen's place 👌 and would definitely come back in the future 😊

Our son and partner stayed, they loved it. A delightful flat, so fresh and clean. Lovely views and such interesting artefacts dotted around. Very peaceful too. Mt husband and I are hoping to stay later in the year. Highly recommend it.

Had a lovely stay at Chris’s place. The place was very well furnished and equipped with lovely decor. Chris was very quick to respond when we got in touch and was there in time to handover keys. The only drawback was that the blinds in the bedroom are not light proof and the room is quite warm so had to leave windows open, because of which daylight was streaming in from 4.30 am and the passing vehicles outside through the night made it a little difficult to sleep, so would suggest keeping a fan and changing the blinds. The stay was otherwise lovely, with thoughtful touches such as a wine bottle with wine glasses and biscuits for tea and coffee.

A place I can really recommend

Very comfortable stay. Great location in Sandbanks, in a peaceful location in short walking distance to the restaurants, and access to the dog friendly beach is just across the road. The property was ideal for us, spacious, plenty of room in the lounge, kitchen areas and bedrooms, and very well equipped. Direct access to the garden was great as we had our dog with us, and the hot tub was a welcomed bonus. Leyla was super responsive, gave us all the details and attention needed. Very grateful to her. We will definitely stay again.

It is pretty expensive as stays go but is a great location right by the beach, plus it was half term. The flat was clean and really well presented and v spacious! There was an issue with the sky/tv when we arrived and it was sorted really quickly and Jonathan was v helpful. We had a lovely couple of days.

We had a lovely stay at Rivendell Park. Both Natalie and snick were perfectly friendly and helpful. They have recently taken over the site and have lots of plans. We loved the relaxed and intimate nature of the site. We everyone felt trusted and safe. The facilities are great and set to get better. The flat was great with the pool eifht opposite. Which was super convenient.hl great place for children to meet and enjoy playing together, while the parents can relax a little. Great park. With a really friendly team. We will definitely be back. We had a lovely stay , great welcome when we arrived . Was our anniversary and they very kindly left us a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge for us . The place was lovely and clean and had everything we needed . Had a beautiful garden that we had full use of and the hot tub . We loved our stay 😀😀

Perfect location, very helpful host, would highly recommend for couples to explore the Island, and of course the bonus of use of the hot tub. We will return next time we are on the Island without the family. Thank you
