Phil's place had everything we needed. Situated right by the hospital - it worked perfectly for us as there to visit a very ill family member. We really appreciated the parking space and how quiet it was in the flat. Checking in process easy and all information very clear. Any communications were quickly responded to by Phil. Would definitely use again.

Having stayed several times in this area, we were pleased to find this apartment in easy walking distance to Sandbanks and Canford Cliffs beaches, and a short drive to Compton Acres and Canford Cliff shops. Everything was as expected from the description and photos. The apartment is light and spacious, the patio area is sunny and sheltered and within the owners' garden, the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and serving meals. We had our own off-road parking space. This is particularly important in this area, as the roads closest to the harbour have quite high parking charges. Jenny was thorough in showing us around the place and answering our questions, Paul helped us with the central heating when we had an unexpected cold spell. As experienced hosts they have thought through the little 'extras' that people need to make them feel 'at home'.

We had a lovely two night stay at Little September Cottage. The food hamper was much appreciated, the hosts were very friendly and the apartment had everything we needed.

Sara's annexe was compact and perfectly formed, ideally suited for a couple looking for a well located peaceful and well equipped base from which to explore the delights of Lyme Regis and the surrounding area. A very pleasant fifteen minute walk along the river Lym takes you, via the rather marvellous Lyme Regis brewery into the town itself. Lyme is an absolute jewel and has something for everyone, lots of different places to eat and drink and a fabulous promenade leading to the famous Cobb where you can take various boat trips or visit the lovely aquarium. All this is within a ten minute brisk walk from Sara's cottage. The rental itself had everything we needed and was extremely clean and well kept. The bed was very comfy indeed and very difficult to get out of! Parking couldn't be more convenient which was a real bonus. Overall our stay in Sara's annexe was perfect, not even the changeable weather could spoil it and Sara was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend.

Really nice modern apartment tucked up under the roofline of a classic building, with great views out over the beach and bay. Clean and tidy throughout, and only two things you should be aware of before booking (and both also as noted in the host's description, so there isn't anything new here): first, the fifty-odd stairs to get up to the top floor, be wary if you have heavy bags or lots of suitcases or bad knees; and second, the limited headroom in the upper attic master bedroom. But if you are willing to accept those two things (which we were), its a great place to stay, handy for railway station, easy walking to the town's historic areas, and with the beach right across the road. We enjoyed our stay in Weymouth, and loved the coastal scenery. And Rachel was very helpful and responsive throughout.

We just went for the one Twin Room option Which was perfect for our one night stop over on our route. There are other options (Message Heather) We just needed the one room for our 1 night stop over on route on our journey and this was perfect. Thank You

Very nice place, with a clean and modern interior. Easy access to the beach and a short walk to the town centre for shops and amenities. The only negative is the limited parking, which might require you to park on the streets nearby (which is free).

Our son and partner stayed, they loved it. A delightful flat, so fresh and clean. Lovely views and such interesting artefacts dotted around. Very peaceful too. Mt husband and I are hoping to stay later in the year. Highly recommend it.

This is a fantastic penthouse.. and I haven’t even mentioned the view which is superb! Overall this place has great bedrooms, a lovely living area and no less than 4 bathrooms! It’s within a stones throw of the beach and about 20 mins leisurely walk into town. What more can one ask for!

We had a great stay in this lovely apartment. Very clean and comfortable, warm and lovely touches and wanted for nothing. The road was a bit noisy in the day but we were hardly there, but the important thing was, it was quiet during the night. Good location for exploring this beautiful area. Maggie’s place is stunning, we loved the sunny sitting room and the courtyard garden. The whole place is extremely well equipped, Maggie had thought of everything. The bed is really comfy, cosy with beautiful linen. We loved it and hope to stay again sometime. Thanks Maggie.

Tracy’s home is beautiful and modern, super luxe and very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay! The kitchen has everything we needed to cook an evening meal each night and the free wine and beer plus a coffee machine too with pods supplied was a nice touch. It’s within 10 mins walk of the lovely Westbourne Beach which we took advantage of every day, avoiding the crowds by Bournemouth Pier. Would definitely recommend Tracy’s place if anyone was looking to stay in the area and be close to the sea.

We had a lovely couple of nights here with our 9 month old baby. The beds were very comfortable and the space was homely. My only criticism is that the chairs outside were so uncomfortable we couldn’t sit out in the evening for as long as we would have liked.

Lovely stay in this well equipped apartment in beautiful Monmouth House. It's very well located, making everything in Lyme Regis walkable only minutes from the seafront, shops and restaurants. Leesa gave very clear and helpful instructions and information before our stay and was quick to respond to any messages.

Anna's place is a beautiful. It is done up to a beautiful standard, and a great location to explore Weymouth, durdle door and Lulworth cove. Positives: - beautiful welcome pack on arrival - clean linen and towels - all instructions were easy to use - lovely spacious and airy - It has a spar right next door. - parking onsite - jacuzzi was nice Negatives -I believe Anna has new cleaners that day so kitchen and bathroom weren't 100% clean and bit musty. -the garden could do with a bit of maintenance - there is no stair gate for stairs worth noting for people with young kids. - no microwave (if needed) Overall it was a fab stay and we would definitely stay there again. Anna was quick to respond to my feedback and a superb host

we had the best most relaxing time in the annexe. Great sleep and all the amenities you could ever need. it's modern and clean but cosy and fitting with the cottage. Bev and Dave were welcoming, attentive and friendly and new exactly where to go in the lovely local area. The use of the hot tub and entertainment area was perfect and topped off our trip. We would definitely come back and will recommend to friends and family.

Very comfortable stay. Great location in Sandbanks, in a peaceful location in short walking distance to the restaurants, and access to the dog friendly beach is just across the road. The property was ideal for us, spacious, plenty of room in the lounge, kitchen areas and bedrooms, and very well equipped. Direct access to the garden was great as we had our dog with us, and the hot tub was a welcomed bonus. Leyla was super responsive, gave us all the details and attention needed. Very grateful to her. We will definitely stay again.

It is pretty expensive as stays go but is a great location right by the beach, plus it was half term. The flat was clean and really well presented and v spacious! There was an issue with the sky/tv when we arrived and it was sorted really quickly and Jonathan was v helpful. We had a lovely couple of days.

Really unique find this apartment due to the building it is located in. This top floor apartment is amazing. Fantastic sea views and the hot tub on the terrace was great to view them from. So much space to relax in. So much bigger than the photos. We had a lovely stay.

We had a lovely stay at Rivendell Park. Both Natalie and snick were perfectly friendly and helpful. They have recently taken over the site and have lots of plans. We loved the relaxed and intimate nature of the site. We everyone felt trusted and safe. The facilities are great and set to get better. The flat was great with the pool eifht opposite. Which was super convenient.hl great place for children to meet and enjoy playing together, while the parents can relax a little. Great park. With a really friendly team. We will definitely be back.
