Built in July 2020 & 5m square it's a compact studio with a double bed & a mezzanine which sleeps a young adult as it's accessed by a steep ladder. Not suitable for children under 12yrs . En-Suite shower room and kitchenette with a hob, fridge & microwave. Quality furnishings & luxury toiletries. Very close to the beach, shops, cafes & takeaways. Sorry we don't accept pets.

Located on the same road as the train station, free parking for one car on the drive, central to Christchurch. 10 minute walk into the centre of Christchurch or a 10 minute walk to Wick along the river.
