Fantastic host. Responsive, clear instructions and friendly, with a lovely home and room. Great price for the quality. Stayed for 4 days as a student needing short-term cover so knew the area - ideally placed close to the common, station and town. Would recommend to anyone.

This is very good value find, right on The Avenue in Southampton (a big arterial route, for those who don't know the area). Despite it being on such a busy road, it was surprisingly quiet, with convenient parking. The room was very clean and tidy, with lots of lovely natural light. The bathroom was fine. Hosts very helpful and proactiven their communication (including pre-arrival).

I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful accommodation in Southampton. The property overlooks a lovely bowling green, which made for such a relaxing view — it was a real treat to sit and watch after work. The room was absolutely spotless, and I especially loved having a separate living space to unwind in, which made it feel like a true home away from home. The hosts were great — welcoming, responsive, and clearly take pride in their place. I’ll definitely be staying again next time I’m in Southampton for work 😊 Highly recommended!
