Monthly Rentals in South Perth

We enjoyed our stay very much. the location was perfect, walking distance to Coles, cafes and beautiful parks as well as the zoo. We appreciated the cleanliness of the home. We did have some issues with ants but given other guests comments, this may be a wider strata problem, however it was easily resolved with keeping food items off the counter tops. There is on site parking for one car and the area was quiet. we visited in winter so didn't spend time outside, though I imagine it is lovely in warmer months. Linda provided us a travel cot and highchair which was greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Had such a lovely time staying at Suzy’s place! It was very homely and there was even a Christmas tree put up for us just to add them extra touches!

Ainslie was very prompt in responding to our queries and we absolutely loved the location, which was near the Swan River and to many great little eateries. We appreciated that she also had kids' boys and toys for our young children, together with child friendly plates and utensils. Heating was also much appreciated during some of the colder nights. The building looks a bit dated, but the interior was nicely done up. Only thing to note is not to forget to have to park somewhere outside and walk back in to return the key to the keylock on the last day

Had an amazing 8 night stay in April/May. Space was perfect for 4 people and had all the home away from home comforts. Close to local parks and only a short Uber into the city, we felt it was the perfect base for sightseeing.
