Monthly Rentals in South Milton

The Lair is a lovely Air BnB close enough to the coast and Salcombe to enjoy the area, but far enough away to avoid the crowds (and price tag!). We ate there a couple of nights and the kitchen facilities were great. Walkable (but uphill) from Hope Cove where we had sourdough pizza on the beach from a local converted horse trailer. The garden is fully enclosed which was brilliant - so nice to be able to let the dog out for a wee without having to wander around in PJs and slippers in public with him on a lead! The car parking is also within the enclosed space so letting the dog in and out of the car was also convenient and safe. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit the South Devon coast.

Lovely, peaceful (silent!) house. Everything you need. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, fab (hot) shower and chic f&f. South Milton is idyllic and pure South Devon charm. Parking close by but take a smaller car if you can....the roads are 17-19th century wide. 2 adults/2 children the perfect match.

Our family had a wonderful stay. Caroline was so friendly and helpful, as were her neighbours when we were there, and it is a lovely cottage. It is such a beautiful area with lots of things to do. We would happily recommend it.

A gorgeous little oasis in a very pretty village. The Linhay was a perfect home from home on mini scale (we live in a thatched house)… Helen and the dogs were lovely and friendly and greeted us warmly and with wagging tails. I loved my stay here and cannot recommend it more. Thank you - I wish I wasn’t in such a hurry for every day of my stay I could have really nestled in and relaxed it is so peaceful.
