Holiday rentals with a patio in South Melbourne

Great location - close to trams, entertainment venues (theatres), plenty of restaurants nearby, and QV building for groceries etc - made it perfect for us and the things we wanted to do during our stay Appreciated having convenience of kitchen and laundry. Balcony was a great extra to be able to get some fresh air. Some minor night noise after midnight on Friday & Saturday nights but nothing major - we had no issues with it but light sleepers may. Very responsive host overall. Noticed light globe over dining table not working in first few days of stay - host v responsive once notified

I had a wonderful stay at Angela's place! The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos—clean, cozy, and well-maintained. Angela was an exceptional host—friendly, responsive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. She provided clear instructions for everything in the apartment, which made it easy to settle in and feel at home from the start. The amenities included with the apartment were very useful and added to my comfort during the stay. Additionally, having a café nearby was a fantastic bonus, making it easy to grab my morning coffee. Firstly, the photos do not do it justice. The location is amazing, and the interior design of the airbnb is cosy and a vibe. Helen and Amy were extremely responsive and accommodating to our arrival time and helped make sure check in went smoothly. The airbnb itself was well stocked, above what was expected, it's like every little thing had been thought out. We definitely thought it was worth the price we paid and would stay again! Kathleen was a great host with lots of local recommendations. The apartment was well appointed and pristine. We enjoyed the city scape view from the balcony and the end of the day or for our morning coffee. Kathleen’s apartment is in a prime F1 location and was exactly what we needed for our F1 experience. Being a 10’minute walk we came home multiple times though out the experience for breaks, which was so necessary on the blisteringly hot or rainy days. We would absolutely recommend this apartment

I had a wonderful stay! The apartment was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, even better than the photos. It’s in a fantastic location, just a short walk to the tram line and has a couple of lovely cafés right downstairs. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Fantastic comfortable well thought out apartment in a lovely quiet area. Amanda is a wonderful host, very friendly, quick to respond to any questions I had and happily gave me helpful local travel advice. Monty’s townhouse has been beautifully renovated and finished to have you everything you need and more. The kitchen has to be one of the best I’ve used through Airbnb, stocked with everything you need from cake tins, cocktail glasses to organic basics. Monty took care of us by arranging a high chair and a late check out. We felt really happy with our stay :)

Perfect place for our family to enjoy Melbourne’s city neighborhood lifestyle. Walkable to cafes and restaurants serving delicious food. We were close to everything yet able to retreat and enjoy peace and quiet at home. Amanda went above and beyond as a host ensuring throughout our stay we had everything we needed (we did) and provided many recommendations on things to do during our stay.

We were pleased to stay local to where family and friends live in South Yarra. Lovely to be close to gardens and long walks along the Yarra River.

House is perfectly situated close to all that is great about Melbourne, right by chapel st but far enough away to be away from hustle and bustle of the vibrant street - public transport close at hand for venturing into CBD or beach. House itself is immaculate, two great sized bedrooms, an awesome bathroom with added bonus of underfloor heating and the open plan kitchen, living room that opens up to the garden is just so relaxing - highly recommended.

Such a beautiful small home, so clean and bed linen immaculate. Beds so so comfy. Really felt safe, the street has elderly long term owners. Very quiet and safe area. I’m big on cleanliness and this was 10/10. Def staying again. Kitchen facilities brilliant, did all my cooking with good quality pots and utensils. Bathroom is awesome, love the view. Cant fault. Absolutely amazing stay! We are a family of 4 and loved our stay at this place. It was very clean and super comfortable. Kids enjoyed the games, books and music! Cannot beat the location and privacy at this beautiful home! Anthony, our host was friendly, responsive, helpful and very experienced. Gemima was a warm and engaged host who delivered such nice personal touches. Felt like a home away from home, especially good for us was the outdoor area and dog friendly space that my dog was able to join us for the stay.

We stayed for 2 nights to enjoy the Melbourne Grand Prix. The location was perfect, being only a very short walk to Albert Park. It’s also very close to all the restaurants, cafes and shops on Clarendon St or a short tram ride to the city. The street was quiet and parking was easy with the visitor permit provided. The house is charming, with comfy beds, nice linen, and a great modern bathroom. The courtyard out the back is great and very private, we ate dinner out there both nights. Rod was a great host, we highly recommend.

The apartment is amazing, it’s right in the heart of Melbourne so you can get around by walking but if you’re not a walker then there is multitude tram stops nearby. Also Matt is a wonderful host who was very helpful and responsive. For anyone coming to Melbourne I would recommend staying here

The location is good, centrally located in Melbourne. The place is clean and convenient and comfy. It was easy to check in as Rui and Narathorn came to deliver the key to me and showed us the unit and made sure everything was in place before they left. I would highly recommend this place

We had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless – very clean and tidy throughout, which made it super comfortable. The location was central and convenient, with easy access to public transport, making it a great base for exploring the area. The host was exceptional – clear and consistent with communication, and all instructions were easy to follow. Great host with really clear instructions and responsive when I asked questions. We really enjoyed staying in this apartment. It was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was very comfortable too. It was ideally located and had a tram stop very close so we could get to wherever we wanted if it was further than a short walk away! I very much hope we can stay again if we come to Melbourne in the future!
