Die Unterkunft von Liz und Robert gehört zu den besten, die wir bisher bei Airbnb bewohnt haben. Alles nett eingerichtet, für zwei Gäste grosszügig, zwei Terrassen und wirklich sehr gute Ausstattung. In der Küche alles vorhanden und es hat alles funktioniert. Die Lage ruhig, zwei Strände sind zu Fuss erreichbar. Alles bestens, sehr empfehlenswert. Falls wir nochmals nach Big Island kommen sollten, würden wir sofort wiederkommen wollen.

We adored staying in the Treetop getaway - I wish we could have stayed longer! The space was well-organized, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the outdoor seating was so lovely in the mornings! The beach gear that we borrowed for the day was amazing!! We felt so cozy and relaxed in this spot -- and the hosts are super friendly.

Had a fantastic time here. Perfect spot if you like quiet and relaxation. Lots of space and amenities. Close to Hilo and the volcano. Fantastic hosts. Very helpful with lots of tips and info. Very responsive. We're particularly helpful during our arrival day due to a missed connection in Honolulu. Very much appreciated waiting up so late and info sent. Thank you. We will be back.

Beautiful property in Naalehu. Pretty easy to find and there’s a sign that says “Park Here” on the lawn, which is very helpful. Fresh fruit upon our arrival. Paul was very responsive to all my messages. This is about a 20 min drive to the southern most point in the US and to the Green Sand beach hike. Farmers market every Wednesday in Naalehu is really neat. The space is as described and perfect for 2 people. I’ll definitely stay here again if I’m on this side of the island! There’s a washer and drier in the unit too, which is a bonus!

This is a great place to stay if you are exploring the Kona side of the island. The home is beautiful and well appointed. It was so peaceful and relaxing! We would definitely stay with them again.

Great location we walked every day up and down the strip to different restaurants into the beach other sites Walmart, and Safeway are about a five minute drive or about a 10 minute walk Apartment was a good size in newly renovated

The place was exactly as described. The bed was comfy! The AC was awesome and was great to come back to after a long, hot day exploring Kona. I would definitely stay here if I ever have the chance to visit Kona again.

We absolutely loved Randall’s Garden Suite! The home is located right off the main road but you feel so secluded. The trees were so tall and grandeur, you felt like you’re sitting right in the middle of the rainforest. The yard space was incredible to wake up to every morning, with life teaming all night, frog sounds turn into birds chirping all throughout the morning. (Bring some binoculars and just chill on the lanai, you won’t be disappointed at all!) E’hu the best host of them all, the guard dog, he made the trip extra special, being greeted in the morning or at 2am grilling on the bbq. Yes the fiancé and I wanted steaks at 2am. So did E’hu apparently, he scared the living crap out of me he’s so stealthy and quiet. Such a good boy, he’s living the life! Walking to the botanical gardens was a blast there’s also two good trails close by too Don’t miss out. To anyone deciding to stay here, do it! Unless you and mosquitos have a thing against each other lol. Thanks Randall, cheers 🤙?

This was hands down one of my favorite Airbnbs in 14 years of using the platform. Lahi’s Ohana is small but incredibly well-designed—you have everything you need. We used the kitchen daily, loved the cozy work nook, and appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout, especially the high-quality bedding and modern bathroom. The private patio was the highlight—immaculate, peaceful, and perfect for meals or just soaking in the fresh air. The location is super convenient—only 15 minutes to the beach, airport, groceries, and more, nestled in a quiet hillside neighborhood with dedicated parking. Highly recommend!

As we were checking out, my husband commented that Jennifer's place is one of the most comfortable Airbnb's we've ever stayed in and is the most comfortable in Hawaii (and we come to Hawaii often!). Jennifer has thought of everything to make our stay easy, relaxing and comfortable. From lamps and lights in all the right places, to plenty of hooks in the bathroom. The large walk in shower is divine. But the best was having coffee, dinner, or just hanging on the lanai with it gorgeous view, surrounded by amazing flowering plants and fruit trees. Thank you too, Jennifer, for all the fresh fruit from your garden. The only warning I can give future guests is to NOT use Google Maps to find the place. Each time we put the address in, Google Maps tried to take us down the hill on a totally different road. Go by Jennifer's written instructions.

This is a perfect stopover between Kona and Hilo, and is a manageable distance from the Volcanoes National Park. The room is very clean, very private and you have enough space to park your in the drive way. We like the ambience as it's situated right in the middle of a golf course. Debby has been a great host and prepared for our late arrival.

We had a wonderful stay at James’s place! The home was clean, beautifully maintained, and located in a peaceful area that made it easy to relax and explore the Big Island. James was incredibly thoughtful and hospitable. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the island. Thank you again for such a memorable experience!

Very nice house in the forest, quiet and peaceful. Nancy and Bob were very friendly and updated us on the volcano eruption to make sure we wouldn’t miss it, allowing us to arrive very late. Close to Naalehu center and great bakery. We highly recommend it!

Beautiful place to stay! Ruth is a wonderful host! She gives clear instructions on how to get to the place, how to get inside and lots of recommendations for the area. The place was clean, kitchen area was perfect for our short stay, bathroom was spacious, bed was very comfortable - we slept so good! It was a short drive to the shopping areas and the beaches and other places to visit. Book Ruth's place!!

Amazing airbnb! We stayed for 6 nights and absolutely loved it. Rachel truly thought of everything a traveller may need. By far, this airbnb exceeded my expectations. The bed was amazing and despite not having AC, we felt very comfortable at night with just the fan. The two dogs and one fluffy black kitty were so amazing and cute. Very loving and difficult to leave because of them. I will miss this place, especially the pets! Mahalo to Rachel for this amazing place 🐈‍⬛🐶🐾🏝️

Daryl is a great host! The description of the studio matched what you feel and see when you first enter the unit. Daryl was very prompt in providing instructions and check in information soon after the reservation was confirmed. He also provided very nice local restaurant recommendations when we inquired. The unit was very clean and smelled fresh. The AC provided comfort when the afternoon was hot and the room fans provided great circulation at night when the AC was turned off and we could enjoy the cool breezes in the unit. Daryl’s place was perfect for our needs and budget! We would stay here again if available should we want to stay on the Hilo side of the island

I stayed three nights while I was on the island conducting business. A great location in the Kailua-Kona area. It served my needs very well. The place was clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent. Easy parking. And a nice deck to hang out and watch the sunsets!

I’m not big on Air BNB but family and friends swear by it. It was a last minute trip home to Hawaii for a funeral. Found this spot and I liked the pictures. I was skeptical as I always am. I booked it and the hosts were very friendly and very communicative! They had amazing instructions and offered to be contacted for any help. Even checked in on me to make I was settled in and was told to contact them for anything. Super friendly and so nice. I got there at night in the dark. When i got up the next day the beauty was what people think of Hawaii. Easy to find with Apple Maps. Theres no street lights in the country but the house was easy to find. The pace was so comfy and cute. I haven’t slept that well in a long time and the comforter was the best ever I need one for my home. I WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN. Great location from town and the volcano Mahalo for the hospitality

This Airbnb was very clean. We enjoyed our French press coffee in the mornings. It had everything you would need. Beds were comfy and plenty of towels including beach towels. Proximity to town and all the great restaurants is a short walking distance. We really enjoyed Kaleo’s, Ning’s Thai Food, and Pele’s kitchen for breakfast. It’s very centrally located. The sound of the coqui frogs lulled me to sleep. Truly an Hawaiian experience. Matt and his family are wonderful. Matt is very responsive and kind. We had a major flight delay and his wife made us some scones for breakfast. It’s not the Ritz but it’s clean, has good beds and in a great location.

We had a great stay at Chris's place! He was very responsive and accommodating, the location was very convenient and the Airbnb is close to lots of restaurants/the city center. We'd definitely stay again for another trip to the Big Island.

We booked this place after our previous plan fell through. I'm so glad we did! It was beautiful and perfect for our short stay in the Hilo area. Guy and Trey made us feel welcomed and gave us some tips on visiting the local spots!

The place is great. The bed is very cozy, the garden is gorgeous, and we loved listening to the wildlife. It was very clean and well kept. The host has thought of and provided absolutely everything. She had snorkels, spare towels, knives, a hot plate, an outdoor shower (as well as the nice indoor one), laundry facilities… so much.. I think even body boards!

This was a lovely place to stay! Brian was very responsive whenever we had questions. Its a beautiful area with so much to do and the studio is very comfortable and well-decorated. We spent our time at the beach, but the pool looked fantastic as well!
