This place is as described. The lanai was a really peaceful place to hear the waves and enjoy morning Kona coffee. Really comfortable bed and furniture. The only thing I didn’t catch on to, and this is on me, is that the resort does not have ocean access….but there are several beaches within a short drive or a walk. All good, would stay here again.

This is a beautiful, well-stocked condo and a fantastic place to stay for a week in Hawaii. The location is great - close to Captain Cook and Kailua, groceries / coffee / restaurants, and the bay for snorkeling/kayaking trips. Greg was very helpful with suggestions and always quick to respond. Would 100% stay here again and recommend to others.

This was perfect for our family vacation with our adult children! We loved having morning coffee on the lanai overlooking the golf course while watching the sunrise over the mountain. The beautifully landscaped community is pristine and offers well maintained amenities. The pickleball/tennis courts and one of the swimming pools are just steps from the front door, but it was so quiet and peaceful. The townhouse was ideal, VERY comfortable and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully outfitted for our family to cook meals together. The lanai was also ideal for hanging out, reading and playing games in the evenings after days of activities. We also appreciated Jeff had nice quality beach chairs and snorkeling equipment available for our days at the beach. Perfect distance from downtown Kona, kayaking & snorkeling excursions and variety of activities. Jeff and Allison were great about providing suggestions. I would absolutely recommend!

This unit is a gem. The ground level, ocean front location is hard to beat. The decor is updated and gorgeous and the space is comfortable, while still be very modern and sleek. The space is laid out well and has everything you need to relax and be comfortable. The location right next to Magic Sands Beach is awesome and nearby grocery abs shopping options are very convenient. The hosts were proactive and friendly, and I had a stay without any issues at all. I would definitely stay here again.

Terry is truly an unmatched host. Her apartment was just as beautiful as the photos with comprehensive amenities such as snorkeling gear and tennis rackets. She was incredibly proactive in making sure we were enjoying our stay, provided spot-on recommendations for activity, and even added some lovely personal touches as we celebrated our honeymoon. Incredibly thoughtful host who gave us the trip of a lifetime!
