The hosts were very responsive and transparent, and offered to do our laundry because the washing machine in our unit was broken temporarily. The place was tidy and clean. Comfortable stay all around

The stay with Robynne was amazing! It's rare to find such a great host and such an incredibly cosy and super clean Airbnb. We would have loved to stay longer. We couldn't have imagined a better stay. It felt like home. We also got to meet the two huskies and they were super cute. All in all: 10 out of 10!! Mahalo Robynne and thank you for your hospitality!

We've stayed in this condo complex last year for Merrie Monarch and really like the location. The view was amazing! Walking distance to restaurants/coffee shop we frequent. Everything was clean and we appreciated having access to netflix, etc, when relaxing at night. We never cooked, but noted that the kitchen was well stocked. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely stay in the unit again.

We had a great day at Kristen and Dan’s spot. I highly recommend. Walkable to lots of local spots. Perfect home base for lots of Hawaii adventures. Very comfortable and nice to return to AC after a long day in the sun.

We wish we could give this place more than 5 stars because it was beyond what we imagined. We stayed as a family of four and it was the perfect place to be for a nice five days of vacation. There were two bathrooms and two showers as well as two private bedrooms. There is everything you need for comfort, extra blankets and towels to use. On top of that, the washer and dryer in unit was a gem.The kitchen is so well equipped that we cooked without trouble and ate at the dining table with an amazing view of the sea. The water is literally right outside the lanai with nothing blocking your view. We spent most of our time in the living room because of the beautiful ocean view. The location is great with downtown Kona as a 5-10 min drive or a nice stroll. Marta was also so responsive and kind, and had everything organized and instructions detailed down. We would stay here again if we ever visit Big Island again!

We immediately felt right at home and welcomed by Regina and Scott. From the well organized binder of information to every amenity one might need, this is THE place to spend a week. When not running out to the sites on the Big Island, this property will meet all your needs. The room was quiet and had easy access. We could easily walk to town or have dinner on our private lanai while watching the sunset. When the staff blows the conch shells at sunset, all will be right in your world.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Perfect Hawaiian Getaway! This condo was absolutely perfect for our trip to Hawaii! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the cleanliness, comfort, and attention to detail. The view was stunning — waking up to the sound of the ocean and sipping coffee on the lanai felt like a dream. The location is ideal: close to the beach, great restaurants, and local shops, but still peaceful and quiet. The condo was stocked with everything we needed — beach chairs, towels, even a cooler for day trips. The kitchen had all the essentials, and we loved having the option to cook some meals at home. Our host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, providing clear instructions and local recommendations that made our stay even better. We couldn’t have asked for a better home base in paradise. We’re already planning our next visit — highly, highly recommend!

We had such a wonderful stay! Everything was clean, quiet and decorated beautifully. Loved the taco shop across the street. Also loved the farmers market across the street. The unit was well stocked with everything you need as far as cooking or a beach day. High quality toiletries were provided as well. I felt like the unit was even more spacious than the pictures. We came for my little sisters wedding and this was just the perfect little home away from home. Comfy beds, nice tvs, beautiful lanai. Just a short drive down to downtown. Great location. Lovely place and very convenient location!

Absolutely stunning! The bed was super comfy, the washer and dryer were so helpful and convenient, and I took so many notes on what I now want in my own house! This was probably the most luxurious AirBnB we've ever stayed in.

Terry is truly an unmatched host. Her apartment was just as beautiful as the photos with comprehensive amenities such as snorkeling gear and tennis rackets. She was incredibly proactive in making sure we were enjoying our stay, provided spot-on recommendations for activity, and even added some lovely personal touches as we celebrated our honeymoon. Incredibly thoughtful host who gave us the trip of a lifetime!

Melemalie is a great host, she’s so helpful and clear on instructions. The place is really clean and beautiful. Totally recommend it to everyone.

We spent a great time in Green House. We were staying in 3 different localisations during our Hawaiian trip and this was our favourite. Ruth was very comunicative and was giving many recomebdations about local attractions. Mahalo! 😀

Place was a great location. You can see the ocean from the balcony. Parking spot was very convenient which is a big thing in Kona. The building is mostly made of concreate and that makes for a very quiet condo. I don't think we head anyone the entire time. Pool area was nice with plenty of seating. We enjoyed our stay here.

We had a wonderful stay at Erika's place. The location is absolutely perfect - walking distance to Kona's main attractions, supermarkets, and restaurants, which made exploring the area so convenient. Erika provided crystal-clear check-in instructions, making our arrival completely hassle-free. The space was immaculate and thoughtfully prepared with a well-stocked kitchen that included all the essentials - cooking oil, condiments, quality pots and pans, and more. These thoughtful touches made it feel like a home away from home. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting the area and would happily stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at Allyson’s condo on the Big Island! The apartment was spotless, beautifully organized, and so thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed – it truly felt like a home away from home for the week. From the kitchen supplies to the beach gear, every detail was carefully considered and made our holiday so much more comfortable and relaxing. The location was perfect for exploring the island, and we loved having such a peaceful, welcoming space to return to at the end of each day. Absolutely amazing experience at this beautiful place! So clean and the property is beautiful. You can tell Lola & Vitaly have put in a lot of work to update their space. There are so many amenities and extras they have thoughtfully provided to make their guests feel at home. We particularly enjoyed the beach equipment and the well stocked kitchen. We also enjoyed the comfy and well lit lanai for dinners and for bird watching in the mornings. Very responsive and helpful hosts, thank you for sharing your home with our family!

Truly an oasis! Dana and Gregory are wonderful hosts and Rivendell was one of our favorite Air BnB stays. The apartment was spotless and well-stocked, the bed was so comfortable, and the hot tub was very well-maintained and heated quickly. Now for the best part! The landscaped property and waterfall made for peaceful mornings and restful evenings. We wished we were staying longer. Mahalo for the perfect weekend stay! We will be back!

This was a beautiful clean place to stay on the big island. Close to shops, restaurants, beaches. We sat on the lanai every morning for breakfast and it was perfectly quiet and lovely. Tom is a wonderful host
