It was a very scenic and cute place. Very cozy getaway from the rush of Mumbai. The caretaker made it feel homely. The food served was yummy!! Loved the peace which this place had offered. Recommending to all to visit this place.. the early morning view was just wonderful! The pool was so clean and relaxing 😌

Beautiful homestay with 2 minutes walking distance to the great beach . Sebastian and family is very friendly and helped to explore locally with restaurants and with other places. Highly recommend this place who like to be in a safe and comfortable environment!!

The property is a little off the main road, however that works to its advantage as it keeps the noise out. the property itself is very sorted, my family had a great stay. We found everything that we would need in a home away from home. thank you Mirza Saab for hosting us, we enjoyed our stay.

To start with, this house is the perfect getaway for a relaxing yet energizing stay in South Goa. It's located in a prime spot, with beautiful beaches just a short ride away, Palolem is only 4 km (around 11 minutes), Patnem just 1.8 km (about 6 minutes), Agonda Beach 11 km (roughly 22 minutes), and Cabo de Rama is about 25 km away. Shefali has thoughtfully put together a detailed pdf with everything you need to know about the places to visit, eat, and fun activities to try. It made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable. Katja the manager was the heart of the place. She was incredibly warm and kind, always there to help whenever I needed anything. The house itself is beautifully built and decorated, it truly felt like a home away from home. The vibe of the place is something special, I’m still missing it! And Nafisa, another gem in the property made delicious breakfasts every morning, and her lovely smile made my day. Kind people, a fantastic location, and a stunning property!!

We loved the stay at this place. Serene and quiet. Beautiful designed rooms and home. Can accomodate small gatherings and family get-togethers . Would definitely recommend to someone.

Maya was a wonderful and friendly host from the moment we met her and in the short time we stayed it felt as if you were in the care of family. The place was even better than we could have expected. Very clean, nice and spacious. I’d recommend anyone looking for a nice place to seriously consider this one.

lovely place and fantastic hosts with friendly and accommodating housekeeper. walking distance from many dive centres. a quiet and spacious space, quite unlike any regular housing you would find. but the quiet may come with some downside as it is a little further distance from many amenities and restaurants within the area. a great spot for quiet reprieve nonetheless

Absolutely loved our stay here! The apartment is beautifully decorated with a modern touch and such a peaceful vibe, we felt right at home. Mehdi and his team were incredible, welcoming and made everything so easy and comfortable for us. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay close to the centre.

Run by a nice family who is super communicative and they really make sure you have a good stay there, which we def did. The kitchen was very functional and the washing machine was nice for our stay. I was worried about WiFi as I’ve heard WiFi could be an issue in Sri Lanka, but once the host knew of the WiFi issue they quickly provided another one. As I was working remotely, I had no problems with internet. The hot water was strong and warm which was also nice. The host also said that in the future they will try to add more mosquito nets on the windows/doors. I also enjoy the location as I can take multiple walks to the beach and there are plenty of little local produce shops nearby. A lot more local and less touristy than the tourist strip nearby. I really enjoyed my stay- thank you to the host!

Sunil ji’s house is an excellent place to stay. Easy near access to the beach. The place is Clean & airy!

Stay was very pleasant and beautifull. Only amenities which is required there are RO or any drinking water filter. Washing machine needs to get repaired as ut was not working. Otherwise every things were accurate and neat and clean

Ashish's place is one of the best place to stay at Vizag. Great location, clean, spacious, well furnished. We found it better than the photos. Walking distance from good restaurants, Submarine/Airport Museums, RK beach. You can even see those from the flat. Host was very friendly, nice, helpful. He responded quickly to any query. Bread and Milk were available at checkin. It was so nice of him as it made our morning having tea looking at sea. I will definitely recommend to stay at Ashish's at Vizag.

We recently stayed for a day at Zaf's property for our US consulate visit and had a great experience. The apartment was clean and cozy. Very tidy and well equipped Airbnb apartment.Moreover, Zaf is super responsive and provided with all the information we needed. Also his staff (guest relationship manager)is very helpful. Overall it was a pleasant stay !! :)

The apartment was easy to locate, and the view from the balcony was lovely. The flat was well-maintained and had a vibrant, welcoming look. All the necessary amenities were available, which made our stay comfortable. We really liked our stay and would recommend it to others.

The Apartment was really clean and compact. It very well matched our expectations. The host Mr.abhay was friendly, very responsive and easy to reach. He also helped us get a rental bike to roam around the city. He gave us a guide book which contained all the main things that we might be interested to do in the city, which helped us a lot. We really enjoyed our visit to pondicherry and will definitely stay again here if we get to visit the city again sometime. The stay just felt like home.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful seaside property. Just about a km from the end of Rocky Beach, the location is scenic — perfect for a relaxing break by the coast. The apartment, located on the first floor, is thoughtfully designed with a sea view. One of the bedrooms offers the rare joy of watching the ocean while lying in bed, and the balcony overlooking the sea quickly became our favourite spot for morning tea and evening chats. We stayed with our 80-year-old mother, and she managed the stairs comfortably, thanks to the sturdy side handles. The property has two clean washrooms, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Everything was well arranged, making our stay comfortable. Weekend nights do get a bit lively with people gathering nearby and music going on till late, but it adds to the vibrant atmosphere of the area. Above all, the host was courteous, responsive, and truly a superhost in every sense. Highly recommended, and we would love to return.

This is our 2nd time at Martins. We both loved the space Ally has created. Clean, spacious, homely, colour coordinated, all equipments work well.
