This is a lake town, with vast expansions of water bodies and wetland parks surrounded by river Diyavanna. Luxury dream Penthouse the heart of Goa. The place has all the amenities of any 5-star hotel asset and is located in one of the most plush and urban areas of Goa. The home is 5 minutes away from the main Candolim road which is in the heart of the city. Top-class restaurants as well as basic medical facilities and the local police station are less than 2km away. The penthouse offer beautiful views of the Nerul River and the Candolim Church along with having a Bird Sanctuary in its backyard.
“I am in awe with this place....it is gracious and safely held among the treetops (cotton, mango, palm and other). I felt well cared for here with the doormen and Abhi who cleans impeccably and is so kind and thoughtful with his unique touches. The plunge pool is a luxurious life saver. The kitchen is highly functional and conducive to great meals and the living room provides and restful and quiet space to ponder life as you look out across the majestic views. The motorcycle ride to the beach adds to the adventure and the readiness of the Aryamman and his staff to respond is comforting. All in all, my gratitude is huge. Many blessings to all who have the fortune to stay here and watch the bald eagles and the egrets....the way life is supposed to be :)”

“I chose Kaivalyam for my senior citizen parents' Pondicherry stay and I am so glad with my choice. Extremely clean and tastefully done. Looks exactly like the images posted here. Senior citizens friendly as well. The location is best part of it with very close proximity to everything including Beach and Sunday Bazar. Prithika and her team of staff are excellent hosts. They helped us a lot during a sudden medical emergency for my mother. All in all, great stay. Highly recommended.”
