Smoking friendly holiday rentals in South India

This my first Air BNB experience and its above the expectations. Lovely stay. we stayed for 3 days. Care takers is also lovely person, ambience, hospitality etc.,

It was a great place and great stay for us during our recent trip. Penthouse looked as in the listing and was clean. All rooms were very spacious and had thoughtful interiors. Location is very near to the beach and also near to very wide roads. Parking was available. All facilities inside the flat was very good. There was a big pool but we did not use it. Check-in & check-out were smooth. Kyle was very responsive and friendly. He had given some suggestions for food and shopping. Overall, me/ family enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend this place.

This place is worth every penny and felt right at home with beautiful view and all the extra amenities. The neighborhood is friendly and while you enjoy the luxury of the view still you wouldn't feel away or alone because it is right in the middle of the siolim with helpful neighbours. The host - Saksham was very helpful and cooperative and we would surely come back to this place. Highly recommend this place ❤️

We stayed for a week and had such a wonderful time! The beds were super comfortable, and the AC and fans kept the place cool and pleasant throughout our stay. One of our favourite parts was enjoying meals with the amazing view — absolutely stunning! The beach, just steps away, was perfect for children. It was cleaned daily and had lifeguards on patrol, which gave us extra peace of mind. The hosts truly made our stay extra special. They were incredibly kind and thoughtful — like having lovely neighbours or even family nearby. They picked us up and dropped us off at the airport and even helped arrange and drive us to a fun day trip to a nearby water park. The kitchen was well-equipped for making simple meals, and the bathroom had a great hot shower plus a toddler toilet, which was a big help for our family. We will definitely come back!!

Run by a nice family who is super communicative and they really make sure you have a good stay there, which we def did. The kitchen was very functional and the washing machine was nice for our stay. I was worried about WiFi as I’ve heard WiFi could be an issue in Sri Lanka, but once the host knew of the WiFi issue they quickly provided another one. As I was working remotely, I had no problems with internet. The hot water was strong and warm which was also nice. The host also said that in the future they will try to add more mosquito nets on the windows/doors. I also enjoy the location as I can take multiple walks to the beach and there are plenty of little local produce shops nearby. A lot more local and less touristy than the tourist strip nearby. I really enjoyed my stay- thank you to the host!

It was a very scenic and cute place. Very cozy getaway from the rush of Mumbai. The caretaker made it feel homely. The food served was yummy!! Loved the peace which this place had offered. Recommending to all to visit this place.. the early morning view was just wonderful! The pool was so clean and relaxing 😌

The place is great . Its same as shown in the photos . Aprajita is a very caring host providing every essential item for cooking, and also provided a great basket full of eatables and drinks her place felt like home away from another home .

Great place! It is right in the heart of Madikeri. Amazing view. Just one little hiccup was that if you pack heavy luggage it would be a little difficult to bring it up the spiral staircase (But the host did help us bring it up)

I had a great stay at Coral House via Airbnb! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The hosts were friendly and helpful, offering great local tips. The location was peaceful but still close to everything I needed. A perfect spot for a relaxing getaway — I’d definitely book again!

The property is as peaceful as it looks in the photos, all the details are very well mentioned in the description. The property manager is very helpful and proactive with all the requests. David made our stay very comfortable and easy! Just a thing to keep in mind, as this is a property next to the beach, Naturally there were a bunch of insects and ants. Although proper precautions were taken with hit and protective nets. Nothing much can be done about the ants. Overall a very wholesome place to stay, every major tourist spot is within 15 mins drive.

Had a Great stay and wonderful experience at Pearl House. Me along with my friends felt exact like home sweet home. The garden and the greenery of the house enhanced our experience during the stay. Simply the best Airbnb one can really wish to make our time memorable in Kochi.

One of the most serene and breathtaking destinations I’ve had the joy of experiencing in recent times. Tucked away just an hour’s drive from Trivandrum, this gem sits close to the road, yet feels miles away from the chaos of the world. Because there’s not much development around, what you hear is not traffic or noise — but the gentle, hypnotic melody of the river flowing by. And when it rains… the entire landscape transforms into something straight out of a dream. The property is alive — vibrant, green, and lovingly cared for. Every corner feels like it has a story. The house is a true beauty — charming, rustic, yet tastefully kept. It has all the essentials: a cozy kitchen setup, a neat washroom, and ample space for a group to unwind. But this isn’t the kind of place you come to party. It’s a sanctuary. A space meant to be respected and relished for its raw.

Helene and Vishnu have built a beautiful place for themselves, which they very kindly and generously extend and share with their guests. I cannot emphasise enough their generosity and warmth as hosts, it's overwhelmingly beautiful. Of the place itself, I really wish this experience for everyone. It's a beautiful home amidst an even more beautiful surrounding. The design and construction of the cottage is a sheer labour of love, and one cherishes it so much. You'll be living a stone's throw away from a gorgeous river, surrounded by dense Shola vegetation. The space is shared with all sorts of wonderful flora and fauna, and while that might feel challenging at first, one gets used to it very quickly. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with any and every basic necessity, as was the rest of the home. Plan and pack well in terms of groceries, and you are bound to have a wonderful time cooking in the lovely kitchen. I'll definitely be coming back the soonest I can.

Ashish's place is one of the best place to stay at Vizag. Great location, clean, spacious, well furnished. We found it better than the photos. Walking distance from good restaurants, Submarine/Airport Museums, RK beach. You can even see those from the flat. Host was very friendly, nice, helpful. He responded quickly to any query. Bread and Milk were available at checkin. It was so nice of him as it made our morning having tea looking at sea. I will definitely recommend to stay at Ashish's at Vizag.

Had a great stay! The apartment was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully done with little touches like snacks, chilled water, and even an umbrella that made us feel instantly welcome. It’s in a great location too, super close to most of the places we wanted to visit, including cafes, shops, and key sights around Pondicherry. Dipen was a fantastic host! very responsive and helpful. His list of recommendations for cafés and things to do really came in handy. We had a last minute change in plans, and he generously offered another property without any prior notice, which we’re extremely grateful for. He was also kind enough to accommodate a late checkout, which made our departure so much smoother. A big thanks to Jacqueline Akka as well. She was incredibly sweet and showed us around the place, making sure we were comfortable and knew how everything worked. Overall, a lovely and relaxed experience. Would 100% recommend this stay to anyone visiting Pondicherry!

The apartment was easy to locate, and the view from the balcony was lovely. The flat was well-maintained and had a vibrant, welcoming look. All the necessary amenities were available, which made our stay comfortable. We really liked our stay and would recommend it to others.

The Apartment was really clean and compact. It very well matched our expectations. The host Mr.abhay was friendly, very responsive and easy to reach. He also helped us get a rental bike to roam around the city. He gave us a guide book which contained all the main things that we might be interested to do in the city, which helped us a lot. We really enjoyed our visit to pondicherry and will definitely stay again here if we get to visit the city again sometime. The stay just felt like home.

Savio's place was a wonderful stay. They have a beautiful apartment, well designed and maintained. We felt comfortable and well provided for, compared to the many AirBnb's we've stayed in over the years. They were also very responsive to any questions or issues we had. Will surely love to visit the place again sometime soon.
