Basil teacher, as she's known around, is one of the most meticulous hosts we've come across. The place is surrounded by lush sylvan and the Meenachil river. It's quiet and wonderful. The quarters we stayed in has such an amusing history to it. It's got beautiful furniture that are at least 70 years old. The home where Teacher resides is over 170 years old and is a stellar construction. Basil teacher is a generous and thoughtful host. We had informed her that one of us has an ankle injury, and coincidentally or not, we found an ice pack in the refrigerator. The kichenette has everything you need. Despite it, she'll happily offer coffee in the morning. The breakfast is heavenly. Special thanks to Shyamala chechi as well, who is the helper. Teacher will also tell you a bit of local history which is very interesting. In all, it was a wonderful and peaceful stay for us.

The stay was absolutely perfect! The property looked exactly like the photos on the app, with no surprises. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The location was easily accessible yet felt wonderfully private and peaceful. The beautiful garden and the dogs on the property who’d greet us whenever we went out and came back..added to the charm, creating a calm and homely atmosphere. It was the ideal place for a relaxing getaway, and we had a wonderful vacation. Highly recommend!

Praveen's home was such a pleasant and peaceful place to stay. More than the stay, we enjoyed Acha's home-cooked authentic Kerala breakfast, lunch and dinner. Acha even prepared pazhapori (banana fritters) almost everyday, on special request from my daughter. Praveen was very hospitable and arranged boatrides, sightseeing and ensured our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. A very humble family to stay with. We are looking forward to our next trip to Kainakary at Praveen's new home. Wishing good luck! Thank you Praveen and family for making our stay a memorable one.

I had the pleasure of spending a full month of may 2025 at Anagiri Coffee Country with my 67-year-old mother, and it was truly a rejuvenating experience. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and care by our gracious hosts, Jhon sir and Daise madam. Their hospitality made us feel right at home, and their constant support throughout our stay was deeply appreciated. The staff at Anagiri Estate were equally delightful—always smiling, polite, and ever-ready to assist with anything we needed. It’s rare to find such consistently positive and helpful people, and their presence added to the charm of the estate. The property was spotless! Everything was well-maintained, and hygiene was clearly a top priority. The property itself is a haven for nature lovers. Surrounded by lush greenery and valley view, and the peaceful sounds of nature, it felt like stepping in to tranquil sanctuary. I highly recommend Anagiri Estate,We loved the place and will surely be returning.

The homestay has a wonderful view.. its just a peaceful vacation that you need.the home was clean and the caretaker uncle was very friendly and provided all the support to us including delicious breakfast and tea. Also Mr Hiten was in touch with us the moment we booked the property and ensured a lovely end to end experience for us. This place close to the market and also all the sight seeing points making it easier to commute. Just 2 suggestions which we felt from our end only for betterment was that the way to the room has few steps which includes stone steps as well so that shud be lit in the evening as well. And one full length mirror if cud be installed in the living room rather than bathroom it will be of great help. These are only suggestions . This did not have an impact on our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed it and would love to visit again.

Amazing place to stay, highly recommend

We had a truly lovely stay at Nandu's place! 🌿 The property is beautiful, serene, and calm—a perfect escape from the hustle of daily life. Honestly, the listing photos don't do it justice; it’s even better in person. Nandu and their family were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel at home immediately. Since the host lives on the property, you always have help nearby if needed, though that might not suit everyone. The food was a mixed bag for us, ranging from “Wow!” to “Alright,” but that's more about personal taste than quality. Our pet absolutely loved the space—plenty of room to explore and relax. The only suggestion we’d make is to add some extra lights at the entrance, as it gets very dark at night. Other than that, it was a peaceful and refreshing stay. Would happily return! 😊

Super glad to have stayed here. We came as a group of 4. The house is beautiful and has its own charm. Chitra ma'am and Shanthi ma'am are very helpful and friendly. They show you the property and it's amenities patiently and are easily approachable. The surroundings with the easy access to the beach made the stay memorable. The dogs present in the property are super friendly and are another reason to come visit. Please do note that the road leading to the house is fairly narrow, so you might have to drive carefully. Thanks again to Mr. Satya for allowing us to stay here.

I had a fantastic stay at Diksha’s place! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed. The check-in was seamless, and the host was incredibly responsive. Highly recommend and would love to return!

Thank your lucky stars if you are able to stay at this 'peace' of paradise! This perfect, well appointed cottage is nestled in a massive lush garden with loads of bird species. Sohrab is incredibly attentive to his guests, Vijay cooks delicious homestyle meals on demand, and Mango and Nike give lots of furry love! If you need to get away from the madness of everyday life, look no more. You need this!

Deena is a wonderful host. The airBnB itself however needs a lil work as it’s brand new like a good motor for upstairs rooms and perhaps a bug screen. Apart from that the property is absolutely beautiful! Deena and family took really good care of 12 of us. She offered jeep ride from her estate which was a 10/10 experience! Overall we had a really good time!

Absolutely loved the place. It's exactly as described. The room is clean and cozy. The view is unbeatable. Fresh air and lots of natural light since it's on the terrace on the 6th floor. No disturbance also. It was like a private penthouse. Also car parking is hassle free which I liked. Will be going again for sure

This place is located right on the main road, very near to the collector's residence. Locality is prime area with lot of restaurants in walking distance (< 1 km). Meena was super helpful. We reached out to her at the very last minute, and she was kind enough to get the place ready in a short notice of less than an hour. Despite the cyclone going on in the city, and frequent power cuts, she was proactive and prompt with any communication and help that we needed. Totally recommend it. Place is also super spacious, 3 large sized bedrooms, with extra large bathrooms. In addition there's a large living room, and a separately large dining room, apart from a decent sized kitchen. We couldn't enjoy outside much coz of rains, but the garden and the bonfire place was also ample-enough. Also there's a parking available within the campus for one car.

This place is amazing. we had lots of fun over there. The host was very welcoming and always helped with our queries. This is the best place to stay in Talpona. It has riverfront just outside of the back gate. we played in the water, the locals are also very friendly. Also, you'll get to rent scooty nearby. Everything is very accessible there. Next time I'm in south Goa, I'll book this property again for sure.

The location and the villa itself are what make this a fantastic experience. It's located on the top of a hill, so the views are spectacular. It is also very secluded and away from the town. The best part though, was that we got to see some wildlife right from the villa rooftop. We got to see some mongoose and porcupine, and the highlight was the deers near the villa. The kids loved this. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Bathrooms are massive and the ground floor ones have amazing views. The food is a bit limited but it's quite tasty and due to it being secluded, the approach road isn't great but all our cars managed even a Skoda that had been lowered. The villa accommodated all 4 of our cars inside too. Overall, it was a great experience and we would recommend it to anyone.

We had a great experience staying here! The host was super friendly and accommodating— Rohini allowed us an early morning check-in since the room was unoccupied, which we really appreciated. The co-host even woke up early to greet us, which was such a thoughtful touch. The room and bathroom were spotless, and everything—from the bedsheets and blankets to the amenities—was clean and well-prepared. The AC worked perfectly, and the room had good ventilation, making our stay very comfortable. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and we had complete privacy throughout our stay. Location-wise, it was perfect—right in the center of Bengaluru, with easy access to everything we needed. The room was well-equipped with everything you'd need for a comfortable visit. Overall, it was a pleasant and cozy stay, and we’d definitely consider coming back in the future!

I booked Brian’s place for my parents’ vacation. Brian is an excellent communicator and he has very clear detailed instructions for check in. They went through extra mile to make sure my parents had everything they needed. The listing description is accurate and has all amenities described, which is refreshing. The area is serene and inviting. The location is great for those who want space away from the big crowds. Overall, my parents had a good time and were very satisfied with the experience. Brian’s family went the extra mile to help my parents with any additional needs and requests they had during their stay.

Gaya's guest house is a peaceful abode sorrounded by gardens. Everything was clean and the caretaker Murugan was helpful with whatever we needed as we stayed with our two year old. Would love to come back again.

Amazing location at the bungalow just at the Army Cantt area... Right at the nature, peaceful, clean air. At night felt like living at the jungle, soothing night time sounds of insects, frogs etc etc, birds chirping in the morning, army drums blared in the morning that gives the nostalgic feeling of being in school... Special host was LEO - Craretaker's dog... Very loving... I have kept his new name BHOORA as it is light golden color... All together it was our 1st Belgaum visit and the city is so relaxed, clean.... Would love to visit again... Thanks to the host Dr. Patel, very responsive... Thanks Nishant

Awesome stay. Reji was there to help and provide any directions. The place was clean and adequate for 4 people. All basic amenities worked; probably to nit pick any misses it could be a microwave and few stainless steel small spoons. Nearby a store is there are walkable distance where you can get few snacks, milk etc. Breakfast was good, more than adequate qty and freshly made. There is a jeep ride at morning (extra) but good. Mostly Reji was helpful in giving tips for sightseeing which proved very helpful. 100% recommend for families.

Eshwar is a very gracious host who helped us throughout our stay. He is communicative and goes out of the way to make the stay for his guests worthwhile. House is at a serene environment and the place is very peaceful. Great for remote work setup and for relaxation. Would definitely recommend Eshwar and would visit the place again.
