The apartment is very modern and spacious. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. It is quite central in the city and you can walk everywhere. We arrived very early I the morning and where able to leave our luggage with the portier. Communication with Ondrej was very easy and quick responses. The bed was very comfortable and we had a great sleep there. I would stay at the apartment again.

Absolutely incredible stay! We stayed here for 3 nights! Bryan’s place in Colombo exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos —if not better in person! It's impeccably clean, tastefully designed, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The view from the balcony is a highlight—breathtaking cityscape that truly makes you feel like you're in the heart of Colombo. The natural light pouring in during the day, and the calming ambiance at night, created the perfect vibe whether I was relaxing or getting work done. Location-wise, it's fantastic—central, safe, and close to all major attractions, cafes, and convenience stores. Whether you're here for sightseeing, business, or a short stopover, this spot is a gem. One of coziest properties i’ve stayed in, almost feels like home. The surroundings are safe and the view outside your room is just perfect. All and all, an amazing place to stay at!

До помешкання або до господаря претензій немає, все на вищому рівні. Недолік лише в розташуванні оскільки пляж біля помешкання не пристосований для плавання а поблизу дуже слабко розвинена інфраструктура

The careful selection of Sofa-cum-bed is what caters for a family of 04. Otherwise giest has to book for 02 bedrooms. This has helped to choose this location. The society is extreamly peaceful and the pool is very clean. it's good that care takers have kept the pool filtration on as per their laid down SOP and not based on guest using it. Great place

V této destinaci jsme strávili několik dnů mimo sezónu, soukromá pláž patřící hotelu byla úplně prázdná, bazén velmi čistý a osvěžující, pokoj čistý, klimatizovaný s výhledem na moře. Hostitel nám dokonce umožnil pozdější check-out, což jsme velmi ocenili. Pobyt v tomto resortu hodnotíme velice kladně, určitě bychom se sem vrátili. Děkujeme

I had a wonderful stay at this property! The view is absolutely breathtaking, waking up to the sound of the waves and looking out over the ocean each day was a true highlight. We booked this place for my birthday, and it honestly felt like a dream. The space was absolutely beautiful every corner felt thoughtfully designed and incredibly cozy. But what truly made it special was how comfortable and homely it felt. I’ve stayed at a few Airbnbs before, but this one genuinely felt like home and that’s rare. There were four of us, and we were all so happy, relaxed, and well taken care of throughout. The host Mr.Febin was so welcoming, which just added to the overall experience. We just wrapped up an unforgettable stay at this brand-new 3BHK villa—and it exceeded every expectation! Plush interiors, spacious ensuite bedrooms with verandahs, and a gleaming private pool (highly chlorinated—our feet got a free spa peel!). Sharvil was an exceptionally responsive and generous host, and Masud—our friendly caretaker—made the best poha in all of India, delighting our kids with his kindness. Booking taxis via GoaMiles was effortless, and Zomato drivers had no trouble finding us. This luxurious, serene escape is perfect for families or groups seeking comfort and convenience. We loved every moment and can’t wait to return!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Parudeesa! As a large family group comprising parents, aunts, uncles, and infants, Parudeesa offered more than enough space and comfort for our family of 11! Our communication with Jack, the host, was seamless. Despite being outside the country, he constantly checked in on us, ensuring everything ran smoothly! The space was both luxurious and traditional, exceptionally well-managed by Priscilla, the wonderful manager, with whom we shared many engaging conversations. There were so many unique corners and thoughtful touches to discover! As for the rooms and furnishings, they were really comfortable and spacious! The massage therapy sessions were the highlight, providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for all of us! Almost everyone, across different age groups, participated in these sessions, and we truly cherished them! I highly recommend Parudeesa to anyone looking for a short or long stays, as the space has sooooooooo much to offer!
