The best thing about this property is it's location. Its right on the beach facing road and all you have to do is walk a few steps and enter the beach. You get a complete view of ocean right from your gallery. As for home, it's nice cozy place which is well maintained and clean. All the amenities function perfectly. Host lipy was very prompt in making sure that our stay is comfortable. She even arranged a small household item when we requested for it. Cheers to her for that. Some improvement could be done in wifi as it as was getting disconnected regularly. Also one needs to know that the place is quite small in size and not as big as it appears in the pictures. Overall it was a comfortable and peaceful stay.

check in and check out time could have been more comfortable.. otherwise everything was peaceful and private..... varthika is a good host when it comes to communication basis ....also she was kind enough to help us in need. Room was too small than it is given in reference pic..Congested for two people even . Basic amenities were provided. Privacy is well maintained. She didn't kept too many restrictions and rules even. Overall a good experience. Who all has lil luggage burden and a small vacation for two to three days can choose this place.

This place is packed properly with amenities and has beautiful interiors. Jonas, the manager accommodated us quite well even when our original room was having some issues. Nonetheless we enjoyed our stay across the two configurations. Rooms are vibrant and someone with a design-centric mind will definitely love it.

It was a lovely experience to stay at this property both Rahul and Mansi are amazing they were proactive in suggesting nearby restaurants, beaches and food delivery places it was very helpful as it was raining so we could get food delivered at property. Property is very beautiful and well equipped. both caretaker Riya and Biswas were also very helpful. I would really recommend this property.

Chaitanya’s place is beautiful. From hospitality to facilities, everything was spot on. Being closer to some of the best/must see places in Mumbai makes this facility even more amazing. If we visit Mumbai again, we would prefer to stay here again. Big shout out to the caretaker Mahendra who was absolutely welcoming and polite and offered us all the help needed. Thanks for hosting us :)

I had a great stay! Shekharji - The host was very cooperative and friendly, making the whole experience smooth and comfortable. The caretakers (Sanjay and Ram) were also attentive and helpful throughout. Would definitely recommend this place to others!

The place matched the exact description. the view was amazing. sleeping to the waves crashing just below the building is another level. the infinity pool and gym was beautiful. Joseph was kind and friendly. responsive host that had the house well setup for us. comfortable stay for 3.

We had a wonderful stay at The nook! The place was extremely serene and the view was wonderful. The place was spotless and spacious. Even though we went there in the midst goa’s monsoon, we enjoyed the place. There was food delivery available and ample car parking. Ayushi and Raj were responsive and cleared all our doubts. Hope to return again in the summer for the view!

V této destinaci jsme strávili několik dnů mimo sezónu, soukromá pláž patřící hotelu byla úplně prázdná, bazén velmi čistý a osvěžující, pokoj čistý, klimatizovaný s výhledem na moře. Hostitel nám dokonce umožnil pozdější check-out, což jsme velmi ocenili. Pobyt v tomto resortu hodnotíme velice kladně, určitě bychom se sem vrátili. Děkujeme

A great location overlooking the backwaters, a thoughtfully done penthouse with a fully equipped kitchen and a helpful, responsive host. We really enjoyed our time here!

The place was stunning with beautiful balconies in the rooms and a spacious hall. The place was well maintained with good lighting and we had enjoyed our stay. Especially, during the monsoon season, the place was a great choice when it came to accommodation. Host was very friendly and the staff were very helpful. Also enjoyed the pool which we didn’t expect in the stay.

It was a pleasant stay, the property was exactly as shown in the pictures. Location is very convenient and easy to find. Beaches nearby, the balcony view is amazing. The parking is shaded and inside the property so feels very safe for own vehicles. Swimming pool is well maintained and it is really big swimming pool as in photos it looks small.

We booked this place for my birthday, and it honestly felt like a dream. The space was absolutely beautiful every corner felt thoughtfully designed and incredibly cozy. But what truly made it special was how comfortable and homely it felt. I’ve stayed at a few Airbnbs before, but this one genuinely felt like home and that’s rare. There were four of us, and we were all so happy, relaxed, and well taken care of throughout. The host Mr.Febin was so welcoming, which just added to the overall experience. One of the very few Airbnbs I’ve stayed at that truly deserves more than a 5-star rating in every aspect! Madhwendra has meticulously planned every detail with thoughtful touches throughout the home. We stayed for 5 nights, worked remotely, and cooked all three meals daily without any hassle — the kitchen is fully equipped. The swimming pool is exceptionally well maintained and cleaned every day. The beach is just a short walk away, making it perfect for early morning or evening strolls. The house itself is beautifully designed and has all amenities that make it feel like a home away from home. With 3 ACs running efficiently, we never felt the Goan heat while working. Truly a hidden gem and by far one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had in Goa. Highly recommended!
