Apartment holiday rentals in South Historic District, Savannah

Loved this place so much. Close to all my favorite spots. Very clean & comfortable. Garry was quick to respond on everything. There was only 1 small hiccup getting in with push button on key pad, but my hubby was able to fix it. Hope to come back soon.

Very clean, plenty of space and amenities and walkable to all the places we wanted to go. Very cozy and felt secure. Would definitely stay again!

Our second stay. Beautiful, peaceful and quiet place. Everything you could need plus things you didn’t know you needed- but grateful to have had. The third bathroom was a bonus. Our Host was amazingly responsive and accommodating. You couldn’t be in a better location. In the middle of everything. Nothing in the Historic District is more than a few minutes walk away.

We spent a week in Suite 1 at Mirabelle and the location, price and responsiveness from Chaz was outstanding. Waking up every morning and walking downstairs to grab a waffle & latte was something I looked forward to each morning. Great proximity to the riverfront, park, historic sites and restaurants. Highly recommend!!

We had a great stay at this apartment. The living room is spacious: couch is comfy, kitchen well equipped, nice dining area. Both rooms were very clean and had king size beds. We prefer even firmer matresses but I think most people will be happy with these. Both bathrooms were clean and had plenty of towels and toiletteries to use. The neighborhood is great with lots of little cafés and dining spots and is close to the park. If you don’t mind walking, you can get your daily steps in with walking into downtown/historic area. We highly recommend staying at this place and will certainly consider this spot whenever we come back to Savannah.

Overall, it was a great three night stay in a perfect very walkable location near almost everything. We will return and use Alyssa again in the future, since it worked out well for our 41st anniversary celebration in Savannah. Hopefully, the renovation will be completed soon on the Custom House across the street, since they started very early and it was noisy.

I would highly recommend this apartment. It was the perfect location on a beautiful historic square. An easy stroll to everything you want to see. Close to coffee shops, restaurants, and tours. Clean and tidy inside. Cute Vintage inspired decor with updated kitchen and bathroom. Would stay here again!

A must stay when visiting Savannah! Karli and Kevin’s place has so much charm and all the amenities you need for an enjoyable stay! Comfy beds are always a must for me and they were definitely just that! Description matched their place and very easy to get to the historic district and other sites in Savannah. We had a wonderful and relaxing time during our vacation in Hilton Head. The gift basket was a great touch and the condo was exactly as described. It was very cozy, quiet, and comfortable for what we needed. Walking distance to trails and restaurants, the hosts also provided recommendations. 10/10 would book again!

Cute beach gem! We only stayed one night but wished we could have stayed longer. Perfect for a couple, a young family, or friends, family. The space has everything needed and is comfortable. The location is fantastic. Quick walk to the beach, an ice cream shop across the street as well as several restaurants. Great porch for reading, coffee, cocktails. Would definitely book here again.

Convenient and comfy! I had a work conference and my stay right on the beach made me feel relaxed. Enjoyed the space. Not loud, very home feeling. Nice room!

Ty for use of paddle board and tide chart. Newbie here. And, was able to try it, luv’d it! Those jumping fish are CrAzY! Close to crab Shack, bubba gumps, and the hipster shops. Paid to park at beach this time instead of staying g a few blocks away and absolutely no regrets! The sunset on marsh side is spectacular. The amenities are very good. I typically don’t like to stay Dow stairs bc of hearing others move around, but overall this place made up for it. My suggestion for anyone staying g marsh side is definitely do t forget bug spray. A few areas had skeeters. Again ty for the rental!

This is by far our favorite Airbnb we’ve stayed in!! It was in a great location and close to all the things! It was on a beautiful, safe street. The Airbnb was beautiful with comfy beds and very well designed. The kitchen and laundry were great accents to have as we were there for a sporting clays tournament and needed to wash laundry. Love!!

Loved our stay at this location! Was walkable to various restaurants, bars, and coffee shops! Was the perfect getaway for us and we’d definitely stay here again.

This Airbnb is in the perfect location for Savannah. 2 blocks from a grocery store. 4 blocks to Forsyth park. Easy street parking. The best back porch to hang out and have your morning coffee. And a shared pool in the backyard to cool off in. I will def rent this place again. Gary was the best host. Always responded quickly and was just so easy to work with.

Very cozy & clean. Perfect size for a small family. Loved that there were chairs, etc for the beach that we could use. LOVED that we were so close to the beach as well. Host was AMAZING! Replied to any messages within 30 mins. Would definitely recommend!!

Been staying in Harbour Town every summer close to 20yrs now. My immediate family comes 3 days before the rest of my 4 adult kids and 8 grandchildren arrive for a week long vacation. We have stayed at Brian and Karen’s place for the last couple of years and it amazes me how well stocked their place is with every item you can think of that makes your stay completely enjoyable and not needing a thing on arrival. You both have done a fabulous job on even the smallest details like supplying razors or ziplock baggies if one has forgotten them compared to other places we stay at within Sea Pines including when we go to a larger home that fits 16 of us! Thanks a million for that extra consideration, see you next summer which I’ll book around October again. Btw, Rosie does an awesome job, hang on to her 🥰

It was a very nice place with awesome views. Only downsides are that it was a bit small (no room for two night stands in the main bedroom) and the walk to the beach was a bit of a haul. Overall it was great for what we needed and a fair price.

Limited view of the beach, but it was ocean front and easy to get to the beach. As described, it was on the Savanna River side of the island, so no waves except from passing boats and cargo ships. I loved sitting out in the high top chairs on the balcony having my morning coffee. We also enjoyed the pool late afternoon after the children were gone. Overall a very pleasant stay and we enjoyed the one afternoon that we drove to the main part of the island.

We had a nice stay at Dana's condo. Everything we needed was there. The beach was not crowded and watching the shrimp boats and barges was neat. The sunrises, sunsets and dolphins were my favorite.

This place is absolutely beautiful, so clean and the host is amazing. We saw so many dolphins. We did not like the flying palmetto bugs but it's the south so they are part of the experience.

Being two people who work very stressful and difficult jobs as a cop and a child protective service worker this vacation was much needed for our mental health and the fact that everything we needed was already available for us with staying in this beautiful condo, made this vacation even more stress free on top of the beautiful views and easy access to the beach with great weather and not a lot of people surrounding us. We had a fantastic stay! Condo is great! Beds were comfy. Loved the pool and beach access. Restaurant/bar so convenient! Awesome views! I would definitely stay again!
