Very clean, plenty of space and amenities and walkable to all the places we wanted to go. Very cozy and felt secure. Would definitely stay again!

Our second stay. Beautiful, peaceful and quiet place. Everything you could need plus things you didn’t know you needed- but grateful to have had. The third bathroom was a bonus. Our Host was amazingly responsive and accommodating. You couldn’t be in a better location. In the middle of everything. Nothing in the Historic District is more than a few minutes walk away.

This was a wonderful place to stay in Savannah. Conveniently located in a quiet area and equipped with everything we needed, even lots of space to relax and work. It was clean and well conditioned. Allison was responsive and extremely accommodating.

Cute beach gem! We only stayed one night but wished we could have stayed longer. Perfect for a couple, a young family, or friends, family. The space has everything needed and is comfortable. The location is fantastic. Quick walk to the beach, an ice cream shop across the street as well as several restaurants. Great porch for reading, coffee, cocktails. Would definitely book here again.

It felt like the perfect spot for my daughter and me while she checked out SCAD. We loved exploring the town, and no matter which direction we went - toward the water or toward Forsyth Park, it was always easy to get home. The room felt clean, pretty, cozy and classy. We loved getting our specialty coffees right downstairs in the morning too!

Wow! The condo is spotless! Although the condo is small, there was a lot of thought put into the design—lots of drawers, closet space and hooks to hang items on! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the space! We will definitely return!

We had a fantastic stay! Condo is great! Beds were comfy. Loved the pool and beach access. Restaurant/bar so convenient! Awesome views! I would definitely stay again!

The place was just as shown in the pictures. We loved having three bedrooms as there were four girls staying there. It had one shower that worked very well and one in a bathtub that wasn’t so great. But the other shower was fine and we had no problems. There was a beautiful patio out the back and the condo is very close to Forsythe Park. The only problem we really had was at the sofa, had several stains and was quite dirty. But we mentioned it to Sarah and Michael and I promised to get it taken care of quickly so hopefully that will be fixed for the next visitors. On the hole, we love the condo and had a most enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend thisto any group of people.

Loved this place so much. Close to all my favorite spots. Very clean & comfortable. Garry was quick to respond on everything. There was only 1 small hiccup getting in with push button on key pad, but my hubby was able to fix it. Hope to come back soon.

This condo community was very quiet and welcoming with many permanent residents. The unit itself was very comfortable for 2-people. It had a fully equipped kitchen (Keurig), large washer & dryer, good AC and extra fans, with a comfortable and private patio. We loved how bikeable Hilton Head was and enjoyed the swimming pool, and free transportation via the Dunes Buggy and Breeze. We were able to go everywhere we wanted without having a car (except Sea Pines, which required a vehicle and pass). Laura was responsive and friendly host. We had a great experience and hope to return!

We loved this for our first stay in Savannah. The outdoor oasis was absolutely perfect. My daughter loved the bunk beds in the second bedroom. Clean with all the amenities you would need. We’ll be back!

This was my 5th year coming here and it's become a yearly trip. To say that it's relaxing and peaceful is an understatement... you feel like you are in secret garden. Geoff has worked so hard last few years in creating such a beautiful and welcome space and it shows. Having my coffee tucked away in the patio under the trellis watching the birds at the feeder overlooking the water amongst the palm trees.... PERFECTION. The house is spacious and I feel like I'm home there. Quiet neighborhood perfect for taking walks and not far at all from the beach and downtown Tybee. Geoff and Vicky have become friends and they make the visit even more special every year- Vicky offers massages and they are wonderful and just what I needed after the long drive and the sunset boat cruise we went on was perfection with dolphins swimming next to us. ❤️ No where else I'd stay when I come to my happy place- thanks again for the wonderful vacation. See you next year!

We had a wonderful stay. Communication with Kelly was great, our only issue was promptly corrected (internet connection went out), and the location close to Forsyth Park was great. The unit was well stocked with kitchen utensils, laundry detergent, shampoo, clean towels, coffee, etc. I also appreciated the off street parking and the lovely fountain in the courtyard. We stayed for two weeks and while we felt perfectly safe, there was a frequent wail of sirens in the neighborhood (of course this isn't anyone's fault, just part of city living). Also, there is a shared wall with the neighboring unit, which was a minor issue one night for a couple of hours. We enjoyed all our walks into Savannah and took advantage of the free bus. We enjoyed Shuk's, Randy's BBQ, Ruan Thai, Pirate House, and the Cuban Window. We visit Savannah often and will happily stay here again.

I really enjoy staying at Jackie's place. This was my second time staying at her place and my third time staying in the complex. The location is great. Close to the beach, shaded patio and backyard area, centralized location, close to shopping, easy to find and great for traveling with a dog. Condo was clean, roomy, temperature was good in the condo and bed was comfortable. I really like the shaded walkway across the street. Easy to walk my dog in the middle of the day. A trolly runs every 30 minutes in the area to. And there is a restaurant/bar across the street. The condo is .3 of a mile to the beach. There is pay for parking closer. The city raised the rates for parking this year. They have signs up to pay. You just need your license plate number and a credit card.

We honestly loved our stay here. The hosts were super responsive with any questions and concerns. This Airbnb is the cleanest Airbnb I have ever stayed in. I have high expectations for cleanliness and it was truly spotless. There were plenty of supplies/linens and even stocked some brochures for tours and things to do around the area. The Airbnb really is so walkable and made it very easy to get around. This was totally on us, but we did have a large item stolen from our car that was parked in front, so friendly reminder definitely double check your doors are locked and you have all of your valuables. Otherwise, the area felt safe to stay in. We were also so grateful to have a pet friendly spot that we could bring our furbaby to enjoy vacation as well. We highly recommend this Airbnb and would love to stay again.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! This was one of the very best stays in an air b&b we have ever experienced! Thank you so very much it was the perfect spot for everything we needed! We will be booking agian very soon!

Wonderful accommodation! Gina was an amazing and responsive host. We will definitely be back. The check in was super easy and she accommodated our early check in request with no issues!

This was definitely a top 10 vacation! The area and beach exceeded my expectations. Everything is so beautiful and peaceful. Not over crowded and quiet. We enjoyed riding our bikes to local shops and restaurants, and spending others days reading on the beach. Will definitely book here again!

It was a very nice place with awesome views. Only downsides are that it was a bit small (no room for two night stands in the main bedroom) and the walk to the beach was a bit of a haul. Overall it was great for what we needed and a fair price.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Cookie’s condo! The unit was extremely clean and in the PERFECT location for walking to coligny and the beach. Everything about the stay went very smoothly and I am very pleased with how kind and informative the host and co-host were. Cookie provided many helpful recommendations that only a HHI native would know, which enhanced our trip beautifully! 10/10 recommend this condo if you’re planning a HHI trip!

Great location along Coligny Beach! We took advantage of the beach chairs and was nice to be a short walk back for anything we needed. We purchased and left a beach umbrella for future guests to enjoy. Condo is ideal size for 2 guests as listing suggests.

Nice place right on the beach, place is clearly renovated and thoroughly cleaned. Everything you’d expect to have at home can be found in the apartment. Despite arriving at 3am, we had no issue passing through the gate and helped ourselves in the unit. Highly recommend and overall a very welcoming experience.

This place is absolutely beautiful, so clean and the host is amazing. We saw so many dolphins. We did not like the flying palmetto bugs but it's the south so they are part of the experience.

We had a wonderful stay! The air conditioning in our unit unfortunately stopped working on our last day, and they let us use another one of their units for our final evening. They were super responsive, helpful, and friendly hosts! The location was also perfect, just a short walk to the beach. We received great service and 100% plan to come again!
