The tree house is accessible by a suspension bridge that leads you to a partially covered porch where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or sit back & take in the sunset with a glass of wine. Enjoy a beautiful scenic 8.5 mile ride winding your way thru the Sippewisset marsh and along the coastline to the seaside village of Woods Hole. Where you can enjoy the local restaurants ,shops and science learning or jump on the ferry to Marta’s Vineyard.

There is an outdoor shower in the back for washing off the sand from the beach. We are located a five minute walk from Bad Martha Farmer's brewery, and half a mile up the road from a boat ramp perfect for kayaks or small boats. Also available to short-term rental in the winter.
