Holiday rentals with an EV charger in South Beach, Miami Beach

Great place! I’m in Miami for work often and I will be staying here when possible. Can’t bear the location, many places to work from, and good food an atmosphere near.

Estuvo todo muy bien salvo algunos inconvenientes como por ejemplo no andaba la tostadora y no había sartén q virgina lo resolvió de inmediato, tampoco había artículos de limpieza como escoba trapos de piso ni repasadores , un solo rollo de papel higiénico, pero para lo hermoso del departamento son cosas menores !!

Incredible place with incredible view of Brickell Miami. The neighborhood is so safe as well. Loved my stay

We loved our 4 night stay at Steve’s apartment. The location was perfect— short walk to the beach and to all of the fun restaurants and bars in South Beach. It was nice having the space of an apartment with the amenities of a hotel. We were provided 2 beach chairs daily at the beach and we paid a little extra for extra chairs and an umbrella. The pool at the hotel was fabulous. The apartment itself was beautiful— spacious, extremely clean and the sofa bed and Murphy beds were perfect for our 2 teenagers. The master bedroom and bathroom were huge and it was nice having the half bath as well. Communication with Steve was great— he always responded within a short time to all of my questions. We would absolutely stay at his apartment again! We hated to leave!!

Peaceful retreat in the middle of Brickell! All you can breathe at this place is peace. The building has a “corner store” on the first floor and a Publix and Target a block away. This place is also next to I95 which makes it extremely easy to come in and out without the hazard of driving to downtown Miami. John made our stay even more special with his proactiveness and easy check in process.

The apartment was fine, small but had everything you needed. It's conveniently located, but sometimes complicated due to traffic and the high-rise parking, making it difficult to get in and out. There are no major supermarkets nearby yet. Communication was very good, just to improve: check-out :)

A magnificent house! We had a very relaxing vacation here. Excellent host, excellent house, excellent location. I would have happily paid a lot more for this rental.

The house was absolutely perfect! We stayed in their home and loved every minute. The gardens and pool area were beautiful and very relaxing. They have a very dog friendly house and yard. The hosts were incredibly responsive and very helpful. The house was comfortable and perfect for our family.

Maria’s house was absolutely perfect! The place was super clean and clearly newly renovated — everything felt fresh, modern, and comfortable. You can tell she takes great care of the home. It had all the essentials and more. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Miami!

Stay was perfect. Had issues with Tesla charger and she had someone on site within an hour fixing and troubleshooting the issue, fixing it and going above and beyond with any help, questions, concerns etc. I stayed with my family and although the pool is not gated the house itself had perfect child lock on the back door to prevent any accidents etc. kids loved the PS5 and arcade machine. Pool is warm and perfect to cool off, grill and entertainment like pool table, ping pong table etc kept everyone entertained.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Would love to book again. We didn’t realize how far out it was from South Beach but it was worth coming back to every night. Really enjoyed the pool. I was shocked to see the number of iguanas that patrolled the area in the morning but that isn’t a complaint. The hosts provided basic necessities for us. They were very responsive when we needed them especially come check out. 10000000 / 5 star rating for me.

A really great stay in Miami with Abraham! The house was lovely and ticked all of our boxes. All Comms were quick with Abraham, and he replied on any queries we had, always being most helpful indeed. We are regular monthly visitors to Miami and would love to stay here again if there is availability. Many thanks again Abraham for an awesome stay, Rich

We had an amazing weekend at Dana's condo. It's a wonderful unit and we definitely recommend it! We door-dashed groceries and cooked most of our meals, the full kitchen is great and that saved a lot of money. We ate at the bar downstairs for dinner one night. We skipped the pricey breakfast buffet and cooked our own breakfast. The view was simply amazing! The spacious balcony stole the show. We used the beach chairs and arrived at the beach a little before 8 am so we could be in the front row. The pool isn't super special, but it was nice to take a dip in. There's a review that mentions a ledge on the beach- there is a slight ledge, but it's maybe 2 ft or so. It's not bad. We stayed over Memorial Day weekend, which might be why the construction next door wasn't going on. I can't speak to the noise. It was a bit of an eye sore, but also did not ruin the trip at all. We would definitely come back!

The resident side of the Fontaine blue is delightful with full access to all the amenities of the regular hotel gas. We really enjoyed our stay, it would be helpful to let future guest know there is a $250 deposit per night when you check in.

My family and I really enjoyed staying here, the views from the room are incredible. The pool and all the amenities were great, and my kids really enjoyed themselves. I would recommend staying here and we will be back.

Really nice apartment in a secure block. The apartment was well located within walking distance of the Design District and close to main routes to Miami South Beach. Well equipped and furnished if a little noisy next to the main Biscayne Blvd in the main bedroom, although it never became an issue. Facilities in the block are great with a nice pool and gym area on the 6th floor. Would certainly stay again.

My husband and I and our 10 year old daughter and 3.5 year old son came from LA and had the perfect family vacation here. Beautiful location, stunning views, easy and friendly valet and front desk host, plenty of beach and pool chairs - it was like being at a 5 star hotel without the noisy crowd. We instacarted groceries easily and the kitchen had everything you needed to make great coffee and breakfast in the mornings. Arlen Beach restaurant was right next door and delicious! We can see ourselves coming back for years and can’t wait until our youngest is a bit older and they can just go to the pool on their own! Thanks again for a great week!

We spent 10 days in Miami at Nancy‘s beautiful condo. It was exactly as pictured with new furnishings that were simple, elegant, and stylish. It worked really well for us. Our son and his wife visited for a few days and we were able to bring our dog. Nancy was extremely responsive. The only glitch was checking in. We arrived at 5pm the Saturday before Christmas and it was mobbed. Because the access to the building is biometric, we needed to be registered and the system wasn’t working for the first day. It all got sorted in the end, but it took a bit of time. When the garage did not seem to have our pre-registration, Nancy was immediately responsive and spoke to the people and we were able to work it out. The pool complex was lovely with a Normas hot tub. We didn’t use the fitness center, but we did enjoy walking in the nearby park and also walking a block to the Publix for breakfast and lunch supplies. Highly recommend this unit and these responsive owners
