within 5 minutes we were on a most beautiful beach. We enjoyed sitting around an exquisite wooden table on the patio adjacent to the kitchen teh beds are extra long and very comfortable. Thank you Paul and Nicolaas for a comfortable stay

Beautiful views of the mountain, walking distance to town. Beautifuly decorated and spacious - comfy beds and the Indoor fireplace was fantastic for the cold weather. Highly recommended

..ended up spending 18 wonderful days with lots of reason to be there again. Babette and Cheryl are warm and hospitable. The air is breathable and believe me the house is a perfect escape to relax, unwind and enjoy the beauty of the ocean. It’s truly a slice of heaven!

We had a lovely and comfortable stay. We were two families of four with young kids. Couldn’t have asked for a better location with the beach on your doorstep and we felt right at home. The house was wonderfully equipped and has everything you need to make your stay as easy as possible and wonderfully clean. We would happily go back and would recommend.

Such a wonderful, peaceful weekend. Right by the river with a lovely deck to hang out on. Spacious lawn for the young adult to play games. Very private and restful. Thank you David, we will definitely make use of Marshall Farm again.

The house and surroundings are beautiful. From the moment you enter the estate you are greeted with amazing views. House was just pure luxury and so spacious. Had every amenity possible to feel like home. From fresh linen, bath soaps to a Wok and Nespresso coffee machine. Not to mention fire wood for the cold nights. I cannot recommend this place enough. If you are planning a trip to Plettenberg bay don’t hesitate to book this place.

Loved the lookout! Cozy with an amazing view. So clean and cute little touches and nice art. Good garden birdwatching too :) Well appointed and quiet neighborhood- We slept so well! I will definitely stay here again when we return!

We had a truly warming and memorable stay at this wonderful place. It’s an ideal spot for families, especially those with children. The area is peaceful and safe, with plenty of open space for kids to play and explore. Inside, the house is both cozy and well-equipped. The bedding was especially nice—fresh, clean, and super comfortable, which made for restful nights after busy days. One of our favorite features was the fireplace, which made the winter evenings feel extra special and added to the overall cozy atmosphere. The kitchen deserves a special mention—spacious, modern, and fully stocked with everything we needed to cook for the whole family. It made preparing meals together a real pleasure. This place strikes the perfect balance between comfort and practicality. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing break or a fun-filled family retreat, it’s an excellent choice. It was our second time there with friends and was like going back home.

A beautiful cottage, set in a park like garden and very close to the beach. Had everything that we needed in the kitchen and a very comfortable bed. We had a wonderful time in the area and would love to come back. Mark and Karen were very accepting of our two big dogs, but although the garden is well enclosed, the cottage does not have its own enclosed outdoor space. We decided to leave our dogs at home for two of the nights and enjoyed the beautiful cottage and surrounds ourselves

Lovely chique accommodation, clean and fresh .If you go in winter take some warm clothes. There are bed warmers which were a life saver. The hot pool outside takes a while to warm but once it hot its incredible. Kitchen perfectly appointed and we were delighted we could take out two Schnauzers with.spent a day exploring...with a super drive past Outshoorn through Meiringspoort pass and on to Prins Albert. This Little hamlet is a must to visit....next time we will definitely spend a night or two there. The drive back via the Swartberg Pass was once in a lifetime, unforgettable beauty Will be back to this charming neck of the woods

It was amazing once we got there and the place has a really nice view down to the local beach. The owner is friendly and makes amazing breakfast.

An absolutely incredible spot, the sunrise’s are something truly special. You feel like you are part of the mountain in this beautiful and charming cottage. Surrounded by nature with no one else around it’s a completely private getaway. Star gazing from the hot-tub is a must. We loved every second and will definitely be back. Thank you very much Anso for being a wonderful host.

This place is a dream! Your own private beach with all the modern furnishings you might need. Luxury kitchen equipment, beautiful decks and balcony, plenty of outdoor furniture and activities. We went to Paternoster for meals, but you will need to book in advance as restaurants fill quickly. An amazing getaway, we would go back in a heartbeat!

What a gem of a place. We had such a beautiful stay for my wife’s birthday weekend. The views are amazing, it was cold and Mandy made sure we had ample wood to just stay inside in the evenings and enjoy the fireplace. Mandy was a fantastic fantastic host and she baked a fresh cake for my wife. We are definitely come back in the summer.

An absolutely breathtaking place – stunning views, complete tranquility, and everything you need to truly unwind for a few days in nature. The house is well equipped with all essentials, plus some special extras like a lovely pool, a spacious braai area, and a skylight in the bedroom to fall asleep under the stars. Philipp is a fantastic host – warm, attentive, and always available if needed. And as a delightful surprise, two curious and adorable klipspringers occasionally wander by as local residents. A truly special stay, highly recommended!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Wendy’s place on the farm. The surroundings were breathtaking, offering a true off-the-grid experience that allowed us to fully unwind. Friendly dogs kept a watchful eye, adding to the charm and warmth of the stay. The stunning mountain views, paired with mesmerizing sunsets, made our time there truly awesome.

A beautiful place to stay at! Just like the photos and write up. Staff were super friendly when we checked in. Having the sound of a steam running nearby was magical while laying under the tree reading a book or even while nodding off to sleep. Hopefully we will be back soon!

Beautiful apartment right on the water - the private deck and boma offer great areas to relax and cook. The fireplace and bedroom heaters were a wonderful and necessary addition as we visited in winter
