The Lobster Pot is an old family cottage that has been the location of many a memorable holidays down at the sea, snorkeling in the marine reserve, paddling around the rocky islands and going for hikes up the mountain. A perfect place for a relaxing holiday or break in the peace away from it all but so near everything you need.

Peaceful and secure self-catering cottage with separate garden flat offering fully equipped family accommodation in a leafy suburb of Newlands adjacent to Keurboom Park. There are views of the mountain from the terrace, secure parking and a private walled garden with swimming pool. The main house sleep 4-5 (double, twin and single bedrooms) and the garden flat sleep 2-4 (double bedroom and sofa-bed in living room). Come and stay in our peaceful studio cottage high up on Helderberg Mountain surrounded by trees and hear the owls hooting as you fall asleep! Beautiful new cottage, with it's own deck and garden and stylishly furnished to meet your every need. And now with solar installed (April 2023) we have NO LOAD-SHEDDING! We've replaced the oven and hob with a fully gas stove so all appliances can be used during load shedding!
