We absolutely loved our stay didn’t want to leave, sadly missed out last night due to work, would definitely go back!

What a wonderful unexpected stay. Perfectly located with breathtaking surroundings/ well planned house with everything and more you could possibly need. Probably one if the best (if not the best) air bnb’s we have ever stayed at! Will definitely be back again, if i could give you 10 starts, I would! Thank you

This is really the perfect stay if you want a break away from the city. The farm was quiet, and private. The hot tub and indoor fireplace was the highlight to add that cosiness to a good winter holiday. The cottage was well equipped with everything you need for a short stay. Madri was also a great host and easy to reach when needed.

I would like to take the opportunity to thank Annelize for her hospitality. Her home was cozy and so beautiful. We had everything we needed. Annelize is a very thoughtful host and would recommend anyone to stay at her beautiful chalet. We were warm with the electric blankets and fire place and not to mention the hot tub. Views from her home was just incredible. Thank you so much for the beautiful stay.

Lovely place to stay. Great for two legged and your legged kids! and very convenient location.

This is a lovely cottage with a peaceful atmosphere and fantastic mountain views. There were a couple of snags during our stay, but the hosts were quick to respond to any needs

The views of the lake was breathtaking, waking up to the peaceful environment was everything, beautiful place to unwind and reset. The hot tub with those views makes a perfect combo, spacious home with everything you need. Really enjoyed our stay.

We really loved our stay - the cottage is quaint, very well equipped and in a beautiful area. We loved that it was fully fenced with so much space for the dogs to run around. The kitchen was really well equipped and the beds were super comfy and clean. John was very friendly and welcoming, and instructions were clear and uncomplicated. We appreciated the welcome treats, thank you, and enjoyed braaing outside on the stoep and making a cosy fire inside - both great fireplaces!

The Cottage at Wetlands exceeded my expectations. Everything was so perfect and was great attention to detail. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and would definitely recommend staying there. I know I will be staying there again.

What a tranquil breakaway - went there to work and sitting outside on the patio in the sun watching the birds was amazing. Walks on the farm in the Karoo was breathtaking. My dogs loved it as well. Bishop was so friendly and helpful. Bought some goodies as the olive shop.

We spent 2 nights at the cottage for the second time, our last visit was in 2018. The house architecture and design has stood the test of time with multiple amazing entertainment areas, views for days and inside outside feel. The kitchen is very well equip, sparkly clean and there are lots of comfy couches to chill on. The addition of the new fire and braai set up is also dreamy. Wonderful host who accommodated a late checkout. Unfortunately new neighbours have built right next door to this house and allowed their dogs to bark all day into the night which took away from what was always a peaceful location. There was also DIY/Building noise in the street for most of the time (even on public holidays) and lots more aggressive barky dogs on our walks. All in all a good weekend - hopefully the noise issues can be addresses with the neighbours soon.

Koringberg is a delightful little town, and staying at the Red House is the best way to experience it. It is beautiful designed and styled, with such attention to detail. The Red House has everything you need and is laid out in a way making it impossible to not to relax and enjoy the morning bird calls, afternoon sunshine by the pool and meals with friends around the dining table with a cosy fire. We could have easily stayed so much longer. Best suited to people wanting to chill, as there isn't anything happening in this small town other than relaxing. Also preferably for family or close friends as bathrooms are through the two bedrooms for anyone staying in the third bedroom.

Lakeview Cottage was fabulous. Clean facilities & clean linen. Lots of hot water. Beautiful garden & view, albeit distant. The trees are magnificent & we enjoyed the fire pit. Only suggestion is to offer a bit more firewood as there seems to be plenty available on the property. We bought extra for second night. But that’s just a small observation. Everything else was lovely. I would happily recommend to friends.

We can only repeat what other guests have mentioned, that Vicky's place was exactly as we hoped it would be. Quiet, clean and comfortable, it was everything we had hoped for as a base for exploring Cape Town. Communication with Vicky was excellent, she responded quickly to any questions we had. We would love to stay at Vicky's place again in the future.

From the moment we arrived we knew we were in HIDDEN GEM PARADISE. Dee’s words in the brochure are beautiful and guide you through the history the beauty the peace and the romance. We have never left a weekend getaway SO RELAXED!!! Solar house with an amazing “Donkie” experience chucked in when the sun wouldn’t shine. Just follow the friendly instructions. The place has everything that you need. And what a beautiful layout….braai in the bush under the stars only 3h from Joburg (4h if you grab a lunch or visit the awesome Padstals on Bambi pass for last minute groceries and treats.)The Bokoni history and ruins is an added special touch. Plenty to visit and do and we will be back! Again and again and again! Fantastic for couples private retreat and family getaways! The hikes are awesome and there is plenty to do and visit in the area. You can’t stop talking about Dees Place! Otherwise…… JUST RELAX! We saw a PARADISE FLYCATCHER!!! Did I mention the peace?!?!

This was the second time that we stayed in this home. It is beautiful and well equipped. It is perfectly located and easy to walk to the Main Street in Franschhoek. We will definitely be back again.

Extremely well maintained, all amenities were in great condition. Very tranquil considering proximity. Comfy beds and the cleaning service was a great help. We will definitely recommend this place and also be back

Michelle is a superb host. I felt very lucky to have stayed at the Cottage. Michelle’s clear and easy communications took the stress out of a rushed trip. It’s lovely to have such a welcome and introduction to all the cottage’s facilities( and there are many) The place is immaculate and so very comfortable, one lacks nothing that one would have either at home or travelling. But it’s how gorgeous it all is, that has me struggling to describe it. The garden is fabulous, from the avocado pear tree at the door, to the indigenous plants, from the huge mature trees, to the view from the garden over the mountains and the edge of the ocean. Home made fudge, iced lemon made from lemons from the tree waited for me. Silence at night, no sound at all except the owl at times. I had perfect peace whilst knowing Michelle was at hand if I needed anything. I can’t wait to return and can see that planning future trips will definitely centre round whether the cottage is available.

We had a stunning stay at Little Willow Brook. The place was neat clean, comfortable bed, beautiful views the natural stream off the veranda was breathtaking and the braai area wirh pool was the perfect setting. We will definitely be back.

The Laughing Lourie was a beautiful and peaceful stay in Wilderness! Mia was extremely helpful and accommodating with last minute changes to travel plans, which was very much appreciated! I would recommend the Laughing Lourie to anyone traveling through Wilderness.
