We had a wonderful stay as a family of four with a newborn in this charming attic apartment. Located on the third floor of a rustic chalet, the space was cozy, and the view overlooking the river was absolutely breathtaking—easily one of the highlights of our stay. The apartment was well-appointed, with a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed (and more). The espresso coffee machine—such a thoughtful touch! Convenient private parking made coming and going stress-free. since the apartment is on the third floor and accessed via stairs, packing light is a good idea—but the climb is well worth it for the view and the cozy atmosphere. Though the stairwell is technically shared with the owner who lives on the lower floors, it never felt like a shared space. We had full privacy throughout our stay. Overall, it was a peaceful and comfortable retreat in a beautiful setting. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy nature with modern comforts at hand.

The accommodation - an old rustic stone house with a very tasteful decor in a small, quiet settlement with similar cottages has fulfilled all our wishes: a great, picturesque house in a phenomenal environment near the river Verzsaca. The lapping of the nearby fountain, which gives the house its name, has slipped into sleep with the window open. Upon waking, the view of the mountains from the bedroom window immediately motivated me to engage in outdoor activities. You could fortify yourself in the lovingly furnished and well-equipped kitchen or on the small, wildly romantic, stone terrace, which was lined with herb pots.

Quiric house is very comfortable and been renovated with very good taste and local knowledge. The kitchen and the bathroom are of very good quality. The garden is easily accessible from the house and offers great views of the surrounding mountains. The flowing sound of the river is a constant companion. The house lies in little hamlet allowing for a sense of community but also of privacy. There is an outdoor barbecue and plenty of space to eat outside. The wonderful path leading to the Efra cabin and lake starts next to the church just 10min walk from the house. The Verzasca River is 5min walk from the house. Beautiful Sonogno is only 2km away and can be easily reached by a rel flat walk along the river. A restaurant pizzeria is 5min walk away. Overall the house and the location were perfect.

A wonderful secluded stone house in one of the most beautiful parts of this world. The house is particularly recommended because it sits close to the upper end of the valley, where you find the best hikes and where it's calmer
