Monthly Rentals in Songjŏng-haesuyokchang

It was a really satisfying accommodation. I was surprised when I actually went in, more than the photos. The air conditioner works really well, and there's a spacious terrace. I really liked it. At sunset I felt so good sitting outside. The host also responds quickly. I intend to come back to Gangneung again.

It was a short visit, like a company workshop, but it was a fun experience on a summer day. It was very late to check in after leaving work on the weekend, but everyone was so satisfied with this place in a short time. First of all, it was a great distance to take a morning walk by the sea. And above all, I was worried about using the bathroom because there were a lot of people, but it was so convenient that there were multiple bathrooms and the sink, toilet, and shower were all separate. The ceiling was high and the living room was open, so it was suitable for everyone to gather and talk. The owner is also very quick to contact and kind. If you have a group schedule to come to Gangneung, I highly recommend it:))

We have stayed at Yeris house for the last 6 weeks and will be staying for longer as we really like it. We have 2 adults and 3 kids under 9yrs old in our family and the apartment has been plenty of space. It feels nice and modern. The apartment is bigger than photos suggest. Nice area of Gangneung to be in. 3min walk to walkway that leads you to beach in 1 direction (3.8km), downtown area and markets in other direction (maybe 1.5km), 5 min walk to a bmx pump track, 2mins walk to buses that go to beach or downtown. It has great aircon in the lounge and in the bigger room and a fan in the other. Its mostly a commercial building so kids can be noisy in evenings or weekends and it doesn’t matter. Has washing machine and most facilities needed to live comfortably for a while. I would recommend!

I had a comfortable stay Overall, it was clean and I was satisfied. There are a lot of rooms and toilets, so I use it more. It was comfortable. I will visit again next time when I get a chance
