Francesca is like a godmother who is always lovingly pampered by. And she can be the best one! She has it, together with her chickens and dogs Rio and Cucqui, very well arranged in her paradise above Barga. We drank freshly picked tea, ate the most creamy eggs, and made us marvel at the glittering hills of the fireflies. Wow! The mornings started mega cheerfully with a cute characteristic bakery that came home & the evenings we spent under the great canopy; feet up, wine and Italian dinners. We had a truly wonderful stay at this accommodation! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth – the hostess is incredibly kind and genuinely lovely. She made us feel right at home and was always helpful and attentive. The place itself is an absolute dream – beautifully decorated, very peaceful, and spotlessly clean. You can really tell that a lot of care and love has gone into every detail. A special highlight: the beds were unbelievably comfortable – we haven’t slept that well in ages! One important tip. It’s definitely a good idea to arrive by car, as the location is a bit remote – which adds to its charm if you’re looking for peace and quiet. We would come back in a heartbeat and can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay.
