The place was absolutely beautiful in such a fantastic area. Lovely waking up and seeing all the animals. Wessel was a great host and so accommodating. Will definitely come back again!

We had a lovely stay at Lakeview Cottage. It is a beautiful, peaceful place that sits under the cover of Acacia trees. If you’re looking for peace and quiet and renewal, this is the perfect place. It is accessible by a gravel road and there are activities that you can drive to during the day. The bedrooms are large and each one has a bathroom en suite. The lounge area is compact and inviting. The kitchen has a gas stove, which is helpful in the case of electricity outage. There is a decent sized dining room table, and also a desk and work area, which is helpful if you are planning to do some writing or reflecting. The cleaning and servicing is excellent. A real highlight is the bonfire area where you can enjoy camping style hot dog and marshmallow roasts. This was five stars for us.

We only stayed 1 night but it was very comfortable and welcoming. Thanks Ashley for being an amazing host and helpful. We will definitely recommend Bush Baby to others. We will be back.... Close to resturants and wandering hippos.

Perfect location in a quiet, safe security complex surrounded by nature. A lovely two-bedroom unit (including daily service, air-conditioning, private braai area, Wi-Fi and dstv! A truly wonderful stay, we'll be back!
