We really loved Joanna’s house. It was very comfortable and the view from the rooftop patio was beautiful. Joanna was a great host, very attentive and responded quickly when we contacted her. To be clear to future renters, there are a lot of steps, basically 3 floors with the kitchen and living room being on the top floor. Also the Wifi was not working in spite of trying to reboot. The restaurant that Joanna recommended, a 3 minute walk from the house, was a 10! Stressa is a beautiful place to visit!

Cristina met us down the road and helped us bring our luggage up. She was very helpful and provided clear instruction for checking in. Cristina communicated quickly and was very kind to us throughout our stay. The location of the apartment overlooks Lake Maggiore and provides a beautiful view of Isola Bella. It is a 15 minute walk to the train station, about 20 minute walk through the gorgeous promenade by the lake shore and once you are in the city center if Stresa, you can try delicious traditional Piedmont dishes, purchase Piedmont cheeses and salami from Conad which is about 20 minute walk from the apartment. There is also a Carrefour store in the city center for quick shopping. Overall, the apartment’s location was excellent, the surroundings are gorgeous, the people of Stresa are very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend staying oh good at Cristina’s place for a sun-filled and relaxing getaway.

If you pay attention to Carla's directions, the drive to the Airbnb is also no problem with a FordNugget. We had already prepared ourselves to have to park a little further away from the Airbnb and had packed a few bags. The view is surreal and the village has its own charm. Perfect for coming down and switching off. The accommodation was super clean and there was everything we needed. We had our two dogs with us - everything was fine. Thank you for the lovely stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Zainab and Paolo’s apartment! The place is beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped – it really feels like everything has been thought of to make guests feel at home. Traveling with our baby, we especially appreciated the extras like the travel crib and high chair, which made things much easier. The view from the balcony is stunning, and the peaceful surroundings were perfect for relaxing. Zainab and Paolo were responsive and generous hosts. We’d happily recommend this place and hope to return someday!
