The hosts felt like family from the get go. Helped us find the place by instructing the driver from the bus station, and receiving us at doorstep. A good distance from the city, very peaceful neighbourhood, giving us a slice of a small village life with super friendly and helpful people. Extremely affordable for the quality of stay; the hosts are just wonderful human beings trying to build genuine bonds and memories with people all around the world. Their hospitality was second to none. We had very tasty traditional home cooked food on all our days courtesy of Mrs Reena who treated us like real family. Had wonderful interesting conversations with Mr Hem, access to their lovely terrace and lots of local suggestions and personal recommendations even with our further trip to Sangla. The host couple also personally accompanied us on a beautiful and peaceful walk through the Shimla Water Catchment Wildlife Sanctuary. We wish them all the best! And we're definitely visiting again.

Our stay at Daffodil Lodge was magical. Nestled in serene hills, the cottage is beautifully designed, comfortable, and fully equipped. The peaceful setting was a perfect escape from city life. Home-cooked meals by Kala Ji were a highlight—delicious, authentic, and made with love. What truly made our stay exceptional was our host, Anuja Ma’am, whose warmth and thoughtful gestures made us feel like family. Through her kindness and wonderful conversations, we found not just a host, but a friend.

Had a wonderful stay at Abhishek’s place—absolutely stunning mountain views, peaceful surroundings, and a cozy, well-kept home. Perfect spot to unwind and reconnect with nature. Highly recommended!

We visited with our parents and 4 month old baby. The stay was very comfortable and all necessary items were available just like a home away from home. Balcony view was beautiful as shown in the pictures. Host was responsive and helpful.
