Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Sofia Center

Overall, my stay was good. Polina, the host, was very friendly, flexible with check-in, open to requests, and easy to reach. The location is central but surprisingly quiet despite being next to a main road. There was always hot water, and the electric radiator kept the room warm even in low temperatures. On the downside, the private toilet and shower inside the room weren’t very comfortable. There were some days with ongoing renovations, which caused extra noise. The mattress, linens, and pillows could have been cleaner or newer. Also, since the room is in a large building that can host many people, the atmosphere can vary—sometimes quiet, sometimes more crowded.

We felt like home, the place is quiet, easy to find and reach by car, everything you need is nearby: shops, pharmacies, fast food, restaurants, cafes, parks, the apartment is equipped with everything you need and more. The host is primitive and always answered our requirements, we can't wait to come back!

The accommodation is perfect to spend a few days and visit the city, it has a large terrace where you can be, the only downside is that the bathroom is quite small, the rest is great

I spent 8 wonderful days and nights in Anita’s tasteful, bright and open-spaced place. The efficient heating was essential with the chilly outside temperatures. The shower was one of the best I’ve experienced. The house is situated within a short walk from an array of restaurants, cafes and shops, without another tourist in sight! Would thoroughly recommend Anita’s place.

Excellent house in the Simeonovo region! We had a wonderful time there, super easy to find and very convenient outdoor setup. Perfect for enjoying the pool, having a BBQ outside and letting the kids play around! Inside the house was cool even though the air conditioning was off and it was 37 degrees Celsius outside. I would definitely come again!

Great place - also for larger groups. Two cosy units. Close to the centre. Lively area, but once inside you can feel at home. Great host that helped with everything we could have asked for.

Everything was great👍. The accommodation was incredibly clean and the communication was also fast and easy. However, you should know that the accommodation is located directly on the main boulevard in Sofia. As a result, there was always some volume in the room. If that doesn't bother you, then it's a great place to stay. You're welcome to come back.

The apartment is located in a new building, clean and tidy, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Parking is available, which is a great convenience. Pros: - Not in the city center, but a metro station is nearby, allowing for quick and easy access to downtown. - Modern building with a nice entrance and layout. - Thoughtfully equipped with everything necessary for living. - Smooth and friendly communication with the hosts. Cons: - Occasionally, cigarette smoke from neighboring apartments can enter the space, especially in the bathroom. - No shower curtain, so water spills onto the floor while showering. A mop is provided, but its purpose may not be clear at first. - Washing machine is available, but no detergent or capsules are provided. Bringing detergent or buying a full pack from the store is necessary, which may not be practical for a short stay. - Coffee machine is present, but only 2 capsules were available. Purchasing a full pack may be inconvenient for a short visit.

Everything was great. The host always replied promptly. The only downside was that the sofa bed is not as comfortable. Otherwise very clean and nice apartment! Wort the price

Georgi’s airbnb is a magical space. As I am a fan of style from the Soviet era, the apartment was very fun for me. The turntable was ready for me to play a fantastic LP from mid century Bulgaria. Yet beyond the gorgeous style, the apartment is also incredibly comfortable and well appointed. Everything worked perfectly. And Georgi is a very kind and respectful host. The apartment is located in an older part of the city which has developed a bohemian, hip culture. Many great restaurants, coffee shops and bars. A fun and safe area. I highly recommend. Thank you!

I stayed for 3 nights in this beautiful apartment right in the heart of Sofia, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location is absolutely perfect — step outside and you're surrounded by historic landmarks, important buildings, the train station, supermarkets, and everything else you might need. It truly couldn’t be more central! The apartment itself is cozy, stylish, and fully equipped with everything one could possibly need. It felt like a home away from home. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged to make the stay comfortable and convenient. My host was wonderful — super responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire stay. I’m so grateful for the warm hospitality and smooth experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Sofia!

My stay at Kamen's place was great. As a nomad, this place suited me very well: great location in the city centre, reliable Internet and a lovely view of the mountain and the roofs of old Sofia. The apartment is tastefully decorated and clean. It is on the 6th floor and there is no elevator, but this wasn't an issue for me. Kamen has been a very friendly, helpful and responsive host. I would definitely recommend his place to other guests.
