Nestled at the foot of Lyulin Mountain, the fresh air and tranquility made our stay incredibly relaxing. The villa itself is beautifully maintained, offering a cozy and comfortable atmosphere that feels like home. It had everything we needed for a perfect stay, whether for a short getaway or a longer visit. The proximity to Bankya’s Health Alley was a great bonus, and we also enjoyed exploring the nearby forest. Liubomir was warm, welcoming, and ensured we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a serene escape while still being close to Sofia, I highly recommend Villa Romance. We would love to return!

Warm comfortable spacious home in great location. We loved our stay here. House warm, cosy and comfortable and real log fire a treat. It snowed the whole time we here but we were never cold. Location ideal for us. Visited Sofia, Plovdiv, Rila Monastery and Borovets. Also nice walk around town itself. Dimitar super helpful, very friendly. Also his parents who lived next door who able to answer all questions we had. Would highly recommend to others and would love to come back one day.

There are a lot of positives about Joannas listing. Being fully detached, the place itself is very peaceful and private. It's a very well equipped apartment, pretty much any utility you can think of is available. Temperature control is excellent, the air conditioning is very effective either to heat or cool and the shower water pressure and heat is extremely high. If you are visiting Sofia for tourism the location is fine, there is nearby metro/bus station and taxis are cheap if coming from euro/gbp countries. Though crossing to the east of Sofia from here is fairly long. The area itself has walkable supermarkets and shopping mall. Joanna is helpful and responds quickly. It's a good property, hard to fault.

I spent 8 wonderful days and nights in Anita’s tasteful, bright and open-spaced place. The efficient heating was essential with the chilly outside temperatures. The shower was one of the best I’ve experienced. The house is situated within a short walk from an array of restaurants, cafes and shops, without another tourist in sight! Would thoroughly recommend Anita’s place.

If you are looking for a house near Sofia, in some quiet place, with a big garden, well equipped kitchen, many rooms to sleep and nice barbecue area... this house would work just perfect. The communication with George was smooth. We enjoyed our stay there very much!

Excellent house in the Simeonovo region! We had a wonderful time there, super easy to find and very convenient outdoor setup. Perfect for enjoying the pool, having a BBQ outside and letting the kids play around! Inside the house was cool even though the air conditioning was off and it was 37 degrees Celsius outside. I would definitely come again!

This place is perfect for a stay in Sofia. It’s very close to all attractions and near the main boulevar. The flat was clean, comfortable and very quite despite the fact that its located in the city center. Our Host was super friendly and we would definetly choose Lyudmila’s place again!

Comfortable little apartment, located in a communicative location. It is perfect for two people. Fantastico shop, pharmacy, vegetable shop are a few minutes away from the apartment. Unfortunately there are no small things like a shampoo holder, a curtain in the bathroom that doesn't get everything wet. The bathroom could use some extra cleaning as the grout was in terrible condition. Parking space can be enjoyed with the apartment at a cost of 6 BGN/day.

Awesome location and the great attitude in any possible questions. Appartment has all you need not only for a short stay, but also for longer one. A cherry on the top - Svetla loves pets, so our cat felt very happy

Where do I start, this is an amazing place to stay. Stunning panoramic view of Sofia, absolutely spotlessly clean, all the utilities you could possibly ask for. Comfortable bed and pillows, slept as well as I can remember for a long time. Great temperature control with strong air con, super fast responsive hosts. I've stayed in Sofia several times, this place raises the bar, super impressed.

Sweet and cozy place. Fully equipped and wide square. Quite neighborhoods. If you tired from hotels and soulelless rooms that what you really seek. Near a center and all valuable places will on few steps. Host is very communicative and will help with any question🫶🔝

One of the most beautiful apartments we have been. Very clean, smarthome, private and also provides a parking spot in a private parking. the location is also very good, near many kids attractions and near a metro station. There are a lot of shops near by. For sure if we will be in Sofya again we will stay at this apartment.

Henny has the gift to make you feel welcome and immediately at home. Communication with both her and her husband was easy and very amicable, as if we had known each other for years. Conversations flowed easily and abundantly. Their home is welcoming and comfortable. Sharing the common spaces (kitchen and downstairs livingroom facilities is perhaps not everyone's cup of tea, but posed no problem whatsoever. The villa is big enough for everyone and the upstairs bedrooms, bathroom and sitting area, which form the separate apartment, are completely private. There's a lovely garden and a most enjoyable glassed-in conservatory with comfortable seating. Above all, the villa, being situated on the flank of Mt Vitosha, affords one the cooler and fresher/cleaner mountain air - a true blessing in summer when the city is sizzling! I can wholeheartedly recommend a stay at Henny's home when visiting Sofia. You won't be disappointed and you will leave having made a new friend. See you again, Henny!

Here’s a review for you: We had an excellent stay at this property! The house is incredibly peaceful and quiet, offering a perfect retreat. It’s also large, spacious, and very comfortable, with plenty of room to relax. The property is in the final stages of a large-scale renovation, and you can tell it’s going to be absolutely stunning once completed. Even with the ongoing work, we had everything we needed for a great stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay at Irena's place! From our first communications, she was super helpful and also accommodated our larger family. We arrived late at night and it was no problem getting in with the key in the lockbox. Irena reached out with clear and precise directions in advance of our arrival and made sure to offer us suggestions for local activities and more. The house was BEAUTIFUL and completely as described. Clean and very comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen. The yard was a MAJOR highlight and our children loved every minute there in the beautiful pool, playing volleyball, and just enjoying the relaxing space. While the yard is shared with Irena's home, we felt like we had it all to ourselves and we really didn't want to leave! There was great outdoor seating, and Irena had thought of every last detail to make our stay comfortable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

It was a great and cozy place - clean and well equpped. Our only concern was that the wi-fi wasn't working at the time we were there, but that isn't a deal breaker.
