Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Sofia Center

Overall, my stay was good. Polina, the host, was very friendly, flexible with check-in, open to requests, and easy to reach. The location is central but surprisingly quiet despite being next to a main road. There was always hot water, and the electric radiator kept the room warm even in low temperatures. On the downside, the private toilet and shower inside the room weren’t very comfortable. There were some days with ongoing renovations, which caused extra noise. The mattress, linens, and pillows could have been cleaner or newer. Also, since the room is in a large building that can host many people, the atmosphere can vary—sometimes quiet, sometimes more crowded.

Ne-am simtit ca acasa, locul este linistit, usor de gasit si de ajuns cu masina, este in apropiere tot ce ai nevoie: magazine, farmacii, fast food, restaurante, cafenele, parcuri, apartamentul este dotat cu tot ce ai nevoie si mai mult de atat. Gazda este primitiva si mereu a raspuns cerintelor noastre, abea asteptam sa revenim!

El alojamiento es perfecto para pasar unos días y visitar la ciudad, cuenta con una terraza grande en la que poder estar, la única pega es que el baño es bastante pequeño, el resto todo genial

I spent 8 wonderful days and nights in Anita’s tasteful, bright and open-spaced place. The efficient heating was essential with the chilly outside temperatures. The shower was one of the best I’ve experienced. The house is situated within a short walk from an array of restaurants, cafes and shops, without another tourist in sight! Would thoroughly recommend Anita’s place.

Excellent house in the Simeonovo region! We had a wonderful time there, super easy to find and very convenient outdoor setup. Perfect for enjoying the pool, having a BBQ outside and letting the kids play around! Inside the house was cool even though the air conditioning was off and it was 37 degrees Celsius outside. I would definitely come again!

Great place - also for larger groups. Two cosy units. Close to the centre. Lively area, but once inside you can feel at home. Great host that helped with everything we could have asked for.

Super fin lejlighed med masser af plads. Pænt og rent. God beliggenhed med gåafstand til byen og metro lige uden for døren. Venlig og imødekommende vært, som endda lod os tjekke ind før tid.

Alles war top 👍. Die Unterkunft war unglaublich sauber und die Kommunikation war auch schnell und problemlos. Man muss allerdings wissen, dass sich die Unterkunft direkt an dem Haupt-Boulevard in Sofia befindet. Dadurch hatte man immer etwas Lautstärke im Zimmer. Wenn das einen nicht stört, dann ist das eine tolle Unterkunft. Gern wieder.

Изключително приятна атмосфера, дом на човек с изключителен вкус! Локацията също беше определяща при избора, ненадмината е! Особено впечатление ми направи и тишината в самото жилище, макар шумния район, в който е разположено. С две ръце подкрепям избора, ако някой все още се колебае!

Fantastic apartment, it was even better than what we had expected. We only had 1 night in Sofia, but we may stay this aparment again if we come back in the future.

This place is exactly as described. Comfy and classy. We stayed for 8 days and were sad to leave. Walkable to Vitosha Boulevard and lots of other cool places. Very quiet with comfy beds. The Rentify team is amazing and very responsive to all queries. Wouldn’t think twice before staying here again.

Apartamento muy cerca de todos los monumentos, puedes ir de pie. Como está dentro de un patio, no se escuchan ruidos. La decoración del piso es muy bonita, la casa lleva todos los detalles. La comunicación con Rayna muy fácil, estaba pendiente en todo momento. El único inconveniente el lavabo del baño, estaba un poco pequeñito y es incomodo, pero todo lo demás de 10, tal cual que en las fotos!! Gracias, volveremos!!

Excellent location, super convenient to downtown area yet quiet street. Apartment was easy to get in and out of and fully-stocked with everything you need. Very responsive host. Highly recommended.

Ich benötigte kurzfristig eine Unterkunft und Martin hat es mir ermöglicht. Extrem schneller und verlässlicher Kontakt. Da war alles akkurat und hat gepasst. Tolle Wohnung auch, alles da was man benötigt, sogar mit schöner Terrasse. Hier kann man definitiv nichts falsch machen mit der Buchung.

Good communication. Clean. Requested an extra 50bgn for dog after checkout (even though it says pets allowed) as dog was only with me for a small amount of time and there was no mention of hidden fees I contacted Airbnb and they confirmed that the property have no right to request extra fees from me and I should decline. I did as Airbnb suggested. Given that they were in their right there would be no problem to pay extra, bit given that this was not in their right, please be wary of any hidden fees the company may request, check first with Airbnb. All in all very good communication and very clean. Great location.
