Apartment holiday rentals in Sofia Center

Flat was spacious and comfy. 6th floor, with lift. Everything worked but very small boiler for showers so bear this in mind if there’s a few of you! Especially loved the area, great cafes and coffee places. Scammed by taxi driver from bus station to the flat. Advise you to negotiate the price or insist on them using the meter! Visited some excellent restaurants. Our favourite was pastorant, a gorgeous little Italian one close by. Recommend the flat!!

Would highly recommend Joy’s place to everyone visiting Sofia! The location was perfect to walk to all main attractions and the apartment was clean, had great facilities and was exactly as described. The off street parking was also super convenient. We would 100% stay here again!

We have just returned from a 4 night stay at Ivans place and it was fabulous. The apartment was spotless and extremely modern and well equipped. Check in was super easy and Ivan supplied a video beforehand, which was a huge help as we arrived about 1am! Just be aware there is no lift and a fair few flights of stairs, which, with heavy suitcases, might be an issue for some. It was fine for us. The apartment is safe and well positioned for seeing the sights. I would definitely return here. Thanks Ivan!

Very good experience. The accommodation is great and the mini balcony is very nice. The residence is very quiet and the neighbors are very nice. Drago is very responsive. Lots of things to visit are within walking distance from the accommodation and there is a currency exchange office in the street next door.

An amazing studio apartment, in the middle of the city centre. All the city sights are within walking distance, and the metro station is right across the building. A true gem, I would absolutely recommend staying here!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful Sofia apartment! The space was spotless, spacious, and full of natural light, with three comfortable bedrooms and plenty of room for our group. We loved the open living area and the well-equipped kitchen, which had everything we needed for relaxed meals at home. The location was perfect—quiet and safe, but just a short walk to great restaurants, shops, and attractions in the heart of the city. The check-in process was seamless and the host was extremely responsive and helpful, making us feel right at home. Two modern bathrooms meant no waiting, and strong WiFi made it easy to stay connected. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home. Highly recommend this AirBNB to anyone visiting Sofia—it exceeded our expectations and made our visit memorable!

We spent one night here and are already dying to come back! The space is small but very cozy and comfortable, perfect for two people who want to be right in the heart of Sofia. Nezi was so helpful and responsive and we really felt at home in her place. Can't recommend more!

this is a really pleasant space. it's really spacious and comfortable for its price, the interior is decorated tastefully and it's located in an ideal place to do sightseeing in Sofia, while at the same time being quiet. highly recommended, I will stay here again next time I'm in Sofia

Everything was great. The host always replied promptly. The only downside was that the sofa bed is not as comfortable. Otherwise very clean and nice apartment! Wort the price

perfect location. easy to find. exactky as shown in the pictures. felt secure, weirdly even moreso knowing there was a strip club downstairs. it was like having your own private security. I did not hear one noise from the club. you could walk everywhere from here. very central. mall with everything you could want right downstairs. trams right out the front, metro not far away and many tours leave from the city court right across the road. I definitely recommend this place.

This apartment is immaculate. Pristinely clean. Brand new decor and furnishings. Great view of the city park. Super quiet and private. Very easy ride to the airport. Also perfectly walkable to downtown restaurants. This is my new go-to place while in Sofia.

Absolutely loved this apartment! Stayed here for around a week, felt very comfortable and like home. Super clean, very nicely decorated and very comfortable furniture! I hiighly recommend this apartment for long term stay and short term, it has everything you might need. Lastly, Mila was a GREAT communicator, I would say one of the best hosts ive had on airbnb, very responsive, very kind and very cooperative with my checkin and checkout. The decor and layout was elegant ; a perfect mix of old world charm and more modern fixtures . All the appliances were top of the line and bed was comfortable . Would recommend with no hesitation!

Had a very restful stay at Eva’s place with my partner and another couple. The apartment was easy to navigate to from the airport and very manageable to walk to the centre of Sofia, as well as metro, bus and tram access. Eva provided clear instructions and always got back to us promptly if we had any questions. It was so nice to have a washer & dryer available! Would recommend to weary travellers.

A great place to stay if you want to have everything you need and be close to all the popular attractions in Sofia for an amazing price. The apartment was very clean, it was very well stocked, in fact we were surprised how many toiletries were available to use. There was even complimentary wine and peanuts which was a great welcome experience. Ani was also very sweet, she offered clear instructions on how to check in and check out. Overall, I couldn’t recommend the place more. You won’t regret it!

Very nice hotel that near the city center, you can walk to the Aleksander cathedral about 10minutes. Host is very nice to help us fix the WiFi problem, a very nice girl. Hope to live here again next time to Sofia.

Elena’s hosting was above amazing. Elena provided support to retrieve our lost airline luggage a week before our arrival which we could not have managed ourselves. Her apartment is amazing, it feels like being in a family home, all facilities for cooking in a big old world kitchen, wonderful chill spaces to hang out in and incredible views of Sofia’s beauty. Stay a few days to really enjoy and appreciate Elena’s place. Highly recommend.

Perfect host and beautiful property. We have stayed in Sofia before, but this apartment is a much more central location than our previous stay. Very spacious with lovely wooden floors and comfortable beds. Peter is a great host, our flight was delayed and we got it at 4am, our host met us cheerfully as if it were mid day. Thank you Peter x
