Alexander’s place is situated in a vibrant and interesting community—by our last day we were weaving our way to and back home from our favorite spots like a couple of pros (including their bakery, Altruist)! Alexander and Miryana are A+, so friendly, responsive and charming. We will remember them and their city always!

This was our second stay at Konstantin’s place this year, and it was just as perfect as the first time! Clean, tidy, easy to check in and out , the lovely coffee and yogurt in the morning is always such a lovely touch and an added bonus ! We absolutely love the location – right downtown, surrounded by fantastic restaurants and all the energy of the city. It's truly in the heart of everything, and that's exactly what we look for and we’ll probably be booking it again in the future!

The apartment was super amazing, the best I have ever experienced in a city trip. in the heart of Sofia, very clean, modern, equipped with everything and especially, very spacious. we were three guests but the flat is also easy for six persons. But what counted most: Irena (host) was extremely kind, responsive and so much helpful. example: she not even managed that we got a spontaneous reservation at an already fully booked restaurant but we also got a top table. in short: very highly recommended place. no one will ever regret a booking.

The PERFECT place for me to adjust to the long flight and seven hour time difference. I was able to sleep in the cutest, most adorable cottage. Comfortable bed, nice hot shower, very quiet neighborhood. Super cute kitchen with everything needed for cooking and a wonderful grocery store less than two short blocks away. In the opposite direction, is the charming village filled with green parks, cafes, coffee houses, cute shops, a green grocer and more. The hostess was magnificent !! Kind, attentive, well organized. I enjoyed my stay in this beautiful cottage. THANK YOU !!

We spent a lovely winter weekend in this cozy two story house, where it was warm and cozy inside despite the weather outside. Plenty of room for 5 adults in the 3 bedrooms upstairs (lots of pillows and blankets on the comfortable beds). A large bathroom on each floor. Enough space downstairs, with a sunken living room (couches, TV), dining room table and kitchen (with utensils etc. to do a moderate amount of cooking easily but it wouldn't be easy to cook all meals). Location is great: close to the Metro (which is really easy to use), buses and trams, though Sofia is super walkable. Grocery stores for all basic needs right across the street, supermarkets in walking distance, cafes and restaurants closer to the pedestrian Vitosha Blvd which is nearby. Our hosts were terrific. Proactive in making sure everything worked out, answering our queries quickly and thoroughly, friendly and informative. Definitely a super base for visiting Sofia.

Excellent house in the Simeonovo region! We had a wonderful time there, super easy to find and very convenient outdoor setup. Perfect for enjoying the pool, having a BBQ outside and letting the kids play around! Inside the house was cool even though the air conditioning was off and it was 37 degrees Celsius outside. I would definitely come again!

Great place - also for larger groups. Two cosy units. Close to the centre. Lively area, but once inside you can feel at home. Great host that helped with everything we could have asked for.

Me and my wife were delighted of this beautiful place! The area was very familiar to me- I grew up in this neighborhood: this was the reason to choose it in the first place. We felt like we were in home like years ago!! Biliana described the place very well, and everything matched exactly. The apartment was extremely clean, and equipped with all amenities. Rossen's place is a just perfect! The apartment is incredibly convenient and located in a prime area, with free parking available, which is a huge plus. It’s within walking distance of the center, making it easy to explore the local attractions. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the quiet ambiance ensures a good night's sleep. Everything was spotless clean, which added to the overall comfort of the stay. One of the standout features is the presence of two bathrooms, which adds to the convenience, especially for larger groups or families. Overall, the apartment is well-equipped with everything you might need for your stay, making it a perfect choice for anyone looking for comfort and convenience.

The apartment is very comfortable, has everything one might need, and it's location is on a quite street on walking distance to all major attractions in Sofia. Public transportation is available just few steps away. The communication with Lyubo was also very good. Lyubo's description for the check-in and check out was really phantastic. We spent a nice week at Lyubo's place and totally recommended it to everyone one coming to Sofia.
