Monthly Rentals in Smith

We had an excellent stay at the cottage! The place was just as expected — clean, comfortable, with a kitchen that let us cook in. Overall, it was a very peaceful and private stay. Would definitely recommend for a couple looking for some time to unplug.

We had a wonderful stay!!! The property was peaceful, clean, and very well maintained. It was especially quiet at night, and we all got some really good sleep. Our kids especially loved spending time with the horses, and Georgia (dog) was so friendly. My kids couldn’t get enough and wanted to stay longer! Highly recommend this spot for families or anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with a unique connection to nature and animals.

The house is perfect and the location could not be better!

Could not have found a nicer place to stay for my clinical rotation! So glad this place was available as I only had a 3 minute drive to work every day. So close to downtown, grocery stores, parks, and to all the restaurants you would ever want to go to. Also, there is no longer any train horn noise because there was recently a brand new hospital built and trains aren’t allowed to blow them! Thanks again!
