Family-friendly holiday rentals in Skidaway Island

This was a perfect home for our family of four, including two toddlers. Everything was clean and we appreciated the early check-in. Love staying at Hilton Head Resorts!

This place was exactly as described and in an amazing location! It was so convenient to explore the different districts and feel like a local! Brendan was incredibly responsive and had an incredible list of recommendations while we were there!

Our stay at Brandy’s place was exactly what we needed! We started our trip on the wrong foot by finding out that our original accommodations were not what we were expecting. We were able to resolve this and get booked with Brandy the very next day, and were so relieved when we arrived to her place! It was spotless, and really felt like a well-managed, well-maintained vacation rental. Coligny Plaza is about a 15-minute walk, and about half that by bike. The outdoor pool was undergoing renovations, but the indoor pool and hot tub were lovely! Beach chairs and wagon were included, and on our last day we found a pickleball set in the closet! Everything was as described, and our stay was wonderful. Brandy was very responsive EVEN while she was in Europe on vacation. We had an amazing experience working with her on-site property manager who took care of everything we needed. 11/10 would HIGHLY recommend booking with Brandy!

Truly loved our stay! The locker with all the equipment came in handy and kept sand out of the unit! Love the pool, they clean it every morning! Cynthia was great! Would totally stay again if we venture to Hilton head!

We had a wonderful visit. The was a small issue with the toilet when we arrived, and even though it was a Sunday followed by a holiday, she managed to take care of the issue quickly and with very little inconvenience on our part. We would recommend Gloria and this property

This stay was in the perfect place. Close enough to the beach to walk, and also access to other amenities on the grounds. A lot of places to go around the stay. Very comfortable in general.

This is an older building but the unit was clean and matched the photos. We were very happy with our stay. The hosts provided a beach wagon along with chairs which was very convenient. The beach is a 1/2 mile walk along a scenic boardwalk & very easy. There is a little beach bar at the end serving drinks that you can take to the beach. The building rents bikes at the property for $35 which is very convenient. We didn’t use the pool but it was clean & would have been sufficient. Parking was easy, the elevators worked fine & the property was easily accessible by car. The hosts were responsive & friendly.

Great house and wonderful host for your Savannah Airbnb stay. The host is one of the most responsive hosts I have ever dealt with. She usually responds within minutes. The house is located in a good area and near everything via a short Uber ride. I like that it sits in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors and has adequate private parking. The home is very clean and has all of the basics for your stay. There is adequate bedspace and plenty of towels for guests. Other amenities include a hairdryer, fully stocked linen closet, soaps, shampoos and a convenient washer and dryer for guest use. The house has a vintage southern feel with modern conveniences like high-speed wifi and smart TVs. I highly recommend this property.

This was a great stay for me, my husband, and his family. In total, we had 6 adults and brought along our 2 dogs to stay and there was enough room to be comfortable for us all. The house was very clean, furniture was comfortable, and the kitchen was easy to cook in with all the supplies we needed. I loved that the garage was big enough to fit all of our vehicles! There were beach chairs and a wagon available to use if you didn't have your own, and the beach was just a short walk around the corner. You could easily walk the sidewalk from the house to access the rest of the island, and there were cute shops just one house over. We loved our stay and would recommend to anyone as a great location for Tybee and Savannah!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Jacquelyn’s space. The interior layout is open and bright. The kitchen is beautiful. The backyard has so much charm with a few fruit trees. Our kids loved this place and they felt right at home. The location is very convenient. We walked to everything. We had a great time!

Such a great location with a nice sized dog-friendly yard, too! Kevin was an excellent communicator and the whole experience went smoothly. Would recommend and come again!

Spent Mother's Day weekend with my mother in Savannah and it was our first visit there! Such a gorgeous historic city - we felt the the cottage was very close to everything we wanted to experience. The cottage had everything we needed - the description of the location and street noise is accurate. Comfy beds and well stocked bath towels. It was a rainy weekend but we would have loved to have been able to use the back patio space. Thank you Brandon & Chase for a great little place to stay!

Powell’s place was amazing from start to finish. Gorgeous! Quietest location I have ever stayed at in Savannah! Easy walk to the river and to Forsyth. Comfy beds, clean kitchen, three FULL bathrooms. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Perfect for our long weekend trip. Powell was quick and easy to communicate with. Nothing but a great experience all around.

I loved this place. It combined convenience - so close to the beach and other HH activities - and seclusion. Beautifully and thoughtfully decorated with every amenity needed and I loved the screened porch. Suzanne was communicative and helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay! The home was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—quiet, yet close to everything we needed. What truly made the experience exceptional were the hosts. They were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Everything from check-in to check-out was amazing. The house was clean and free of clutter, the coffee maker was easy to use, the kitchen amenities were as advertised. The home was welcoming and cool upon arrival and it was easy to get into the home. The instructions were clear and the book provided was an amazing help. Nothing went awry in the home and we will be booking again. The host was responsive and always willing to help. She afforded us to check-in earlier and we were blown away. The bedrooms were beautiful and the home was very aesthetically pleasing. The neighborhood was beautiful and it was close to a grocery store and our event destination. Again it was an overall amazing experience and when we visit again we hope to book you again. Thank you all for everything.

While we only had the pleasure of staying here for one night, we would absolutely return for longer! Jaime and Marie’s place was absolutely adorable. It looked just like the pictures, had all the things you and your family could need for a beach trip, and had the most comfortable beds! The decor was picture perfect and looked brand new. Jaime and Marie were extremely responsive to all my questions and were very kind. I had a billing concern early on and they were quick to help problem solve it for me. Hilton Head is our favorite place and we come every year. We are thankful to have found a new spot we can add to our list for places to stay. Great location, peaceful, and a real hidden gem. Leyani’s place is situated beautifully in Palmetto Dunes, providing easy access to the beach, restaurants, bike paths, tennis courts, and more! We appreciated Leyani’s clear and prompt communication regarding a minor cleaning issue—she was extremely professional, helpful, and prompt. The layout is wonderful for families, with 3 full bathrooms, the master downstairs, and a large second bedroom and loft sleeping area upstairs. We loved our time in Hilton Head!

With us and children’s families we had plenty of room and things to do right on the property for 6 adults and 5 grandchildren from 2 to 10 years old! We had a blast: plenty of beds, bathrooms, big kitchen and den, indoor swimming pool, game room, hot tub, fire pit, short street for bikes, garage. On raining periods or at night the house was great for eating, play and family time! We got the golf cart and biked minutes from Folly Field beach and also to Island beach which were great beaches. Biking on the beaches and the innumerable wonderful trails throughout Hilton Head is amazing for those who take advantage of it. Besides the beach adventures we also took advantage of the horseback riding at Lawton Stables and the Pirates of Hilton Head kids pirate ship adventure at Harbor Town which was something the kids and adults will not forget. We ate most of the time in our great kitchen but some did get to enjoy two fabulous seafood restaurants. Hilton Head is a beautiful island!

Was great to get out of our Michigan winter and enjoy the South Carolina sunshine. The condo was very clean and well appointed. Easy walk to the beach. Very enjoyable experience!

We could not have asked for a better host, excellent place to stay and so close to the beach. Paul had everything we needed for our stay, including all the equipment to enjoy our time on the beach. We will definitely be back.
