Great spot as a base for exploring the area, right on the edge of the small village Melidoni. It was a bit of an adventure finding the place as the online map sent me to the other side of the village, but a couple of very friendly villagers know Antonis and got him immediately on the phone to let him know I'm on my way (after making me a Greek coffee and feeding me sweets). The place itself is very quiet with a fun layout and great views from every aspect. Coffee on the balcony looking at the mountains covered in snow. Comfortable bed, hot shower. Antonis very helpful with suggestions for exploring, and attentive to anything I might need or want. Fantastic Cretan experience :)

It’s the perfect place to relax, recharge, and enjoy the serenity of nature without sacrificing comfort. A very special thank you to our host, Kosta, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. His warmth, attention to detail, and thoughtful hospitality made our stay even more special. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcome and well taken care of. Niki and Cristos were really lovely and friendly hosts. Fresh flowers, homemade biscuits and cake, wine etc were provided and left in the apartment. The apartment was bright and clean. They treated us as family and really made us feel at home. Surrounded by the most amazing mountains. Beautiful people on beautiful Bali. What more could you ask for? Eif charisto!
