Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Skaneateles Lake

Drift away was a wonderful cottage right on the lake. Place was extremely comfortable. Beautiful views. We didn’t have the greatest weather which would have made the trip so much better, so we hope to plan a trip back soon.

2nd year with Anil - we are starting a tradition. Lovely view and adjacent to green space.

This was a great weekend getaway. Beautiful location, great amenities. Unfortunately it rained the weekend so we couldn’t enjoy the beautiful deck or fire pit. Will book again

We had a great stay! The location is beautiful and the house was just as described. It was great having enough room to all stay in one place to celebrate my daughter graduating from Cornell University School of Veterinary Medicine. And, our dog was also allowed to come!

This location was perfect. We enjoyed the view, had easy access to the lake and kayaks were great. Fishing was enjoyed by several. Easy drive to some terrific hikes and winery’s. Michael was responsive quickly to any text with a question, we had one evening where the water heating system was beeping Mike resolved it immediately and we had hot water again. Thank you! Great Host. I would rent this house again.

We chose Casa Esperanza as a place for our family to celebrate Thanksgiving together as my husband had to work away from home. The house and surrounding area are beautiful. Miguelina is the perfect host. She had everything we needed and more from some welcome snacks to beautiful holiday decor. She was helpful and very responsive. My children enjoyed the games available and playing outside. She made this a very special stay for our family and I would recommend everyone considering visiting the Auburn/fingerlakes area choose her Air bnb locations to stay at. Thank you Mickey!

Catharine was an amazing host - very responsive and could answer any question we had during the trip! The place itself was gorgeous and even nicer than the photos! Was here for a bachelorette and the location is perfect to get to the town of Geneva and local wineries! We had a great time. The house felt very private as well. I can’t say enough good things!

This may have been the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. The place was homey and cozy, I slept like a baby. And Linda thought of absolutely everything you might need. She was super responsive and friendly. I wish I had been staying longer and would most definitely come back there!

The place was spacious and relaxing. It had a lot of charm - we loved the old farmhouse feel - and it had everything we needed. I appreciate little things like the electric tea kettle, and that there were extra towels in each bathroom. David was very responsive and helped when we had a small issue, but gave us plenty of space / privacy. We hope to return sometime soon!

We had a wonderful stay in an idyllic setting! The location is perfect--peaceful with gorgeous views, and only 15 minutes away from Corning where there is plenty to do for a weekend getaway. BJ was super accommodating and I loved having the opportunity to meet the goats and learn about the history of the farm. I would definitely stay here again.

Full of natural light. Peaceful & private outdoor area with fire pit & hot tub. My husband and I had a wonderful weekend at Beth’s place! The home looked exactly like the photos and offered plenty of space to relax after our winery visits. The location was perfect—within walking distance to all the restaurants we wanted to try in the evenings. The neighborhood felt quiet and very safe, and we really enjoyed strolling around. Beth provided clear instructions for check-in and parking, which made everything seamless. We’d absolutely stay here again and will be recommending it to our friends. This is by far one of the best Airbnbs that I have stayed in. The location was perfect and the place was clean. It was super cute and perfect for me and my two daughters. The hot tube was an added plus too!! Would absolutely stay there again! The hosts were super friendly and so helpful. They felt like family. ❤️❤️❤️
