Arna's place was beautifully decorated, in good shape and with all listed amenities. The house felt warm, cozy and lived in. I loved the breakfast table! We spent a 2 very good days there. Arna had good advise reg. weather and let us check out late because of it. We were 4 people and the house was pretty spacious for us. The best part though was the view...mountains and green grass.

The place was beautiful and we had a wonderful stay there. We could see a waterfall from the living room, the kitchen was great for cooking our meals, the bedroom was comfortable, and we went on day trips to Skaftafell which was truly incredible!

The property was perfectly located in Vik, it was walking distance to restaurants/ stores (weather permitting). It was very clean, had plenty of space for my party of 6 adults. The house had everything we needed and made us feel right at home. We loved our stay!

Beautiful home in surreal surroundings. Wonderful location close to a small town and multiple attractions. Clean spacious house with a very well stocked kitchen. Everything as described in the listing. Finally, amazing host. Sweet and responsive ! Won’t think twice to go back and stay when in Iceland next time.

We had an amazing stay here! The host provided clear check in instructions and check out was very easy. The cabin was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. It was lovely to watch the sunset from the decks and an extra plus with the property cat coming to visit us! Highly recommend

Beautiful view of glacier and sheep and good location to day trip to Glacier lagoon.

The house was perfect! Arrived to a sparkling clean and well organised house - we felt just like home! Kitchen had everything we needed, toilet was clean and huge! Beds were comfortable and we even managed to catch the aurora right at the yard! Perfect and highly recommend!

We felt at home in every way during our stay at this charming house in Vík. The space was cozy, inviting, and full of character. One of our favorite features was the unique stairway leading to the basement floor—it added so much charm and made the home feel like a true retreat. Every room was thoughtfully arranged, and the layout worked perfectly for our needs. A wonderful blend of history, comfort, and Icelandic beauty!

So glad we were able to book this place when we did. Location was superb and just what we needed during our trip — right by the Víkurfjara Black Beach. The place is as it looked in the photos. As it was by the beach, we needed a broom/vaccuum to clean the floor due to the sand that got in because of our luggages. But Samuel was very responsive to our request and got that easily sorted out. Amenities provided were very mich sufficient for our stay. Thanks, Samuel, for providing us with a home during our 4 day-stay in Vík!

Great place with various amenities

We definitely had the best room of the place with an extra side view to see the mountains. The balcony had stunning views overseeing the black sand beach. The entire place was clean and tidy, an easy check in & check out process. Only thing I’d hope was the check in barn offering the pastries and coffee for free. But overall it’s the best place to stay in Vik.

A great small place that worked for our group of 6 people for one night.

We had a great stay at the guesthouse. Smooth check in and very clean. Hosts also provided fresh waffles which was a wonderful surprise. Only minor thing was that the bathroom sink was extremely small.

Great place to stay when exploring Iceland. Couldn't ask for a more peaceful place to rest at the end of the day.

Great little place if you want to experience to south coast of Iceland. It has absolute everything you need and is located in a beautiful area. We loved our stay and would come back. :)
