There is a different vibe to this place, just exactly what we wanted in this vacation. I would like to particularly thank Nishant for providing early check-in upon request and being so hospitable. Also, Debasis was very helpful too. He arrange complete decoration of the room as per my request for our anniversary.

The location, view, service, cleanliness, and the aesthetics were fairly decent. Would highly recommend this place to my friends. Swati and Deepak are both very helpful and readily available which enhanced the stay further. Overall a very peaceful and happy stay.

We had a fantastic two-night stay at this charming apartment in Siolim! The place is absolutely cute, cozy, and perfect for a small family—comfortable for two adults and a child. The location is excellent, with easy access to all the great restaurants and beautiful beaches in Siolim, Vagator, and the surrounding areas. The host was wonderful, ensuring everything was smooth and comfortable for us. A special mention to Debashish, who was always just a call away whenever we needed anything. His prompt assistance made our stay even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a peaceful yet well-connected place in North Goa, this apartment is a great choice. We had a great time and would love to return!

Had an absolutely wonderful stay in Goa! The property was beautiful, clean, and perfectly located for a relaxing getaway. A special shoutout to our amazing caretaker, Shreya & host Vikas – they were warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and memorable. When i short listed this property , there were some odd reviews . Trust me , with all respect to others who have posted these reviews, there was absolutely no issues at all. had supported in slightly early check-in as we were driving down from bangalore . His staff welcomed us with a smooth check in and showed us all facilities with instructions. Place was very cozy with comfortable furniture and good kitchen with enough utensils. We cooked 2 days with out any hassles . Ofcourse there were one tile broken in the living and bathroom and a stand broken in bathroom which will no way hamper ur holiday stay . Nice balcony with pool facing and we loved our coffee there .over all my whole family loved it. There were lot of options in airbnb, but we r so happy that we finalised on this property 😀

It was a great property with plenty of space. Large pool and air conditioning in all rooms. Great restaurants in walkable distance. Would recommend for big groups and families. The service is also quick and the management team is always responsive.

We loved everything about the stay. It’s set in a peaceful gated community. Walkable distance to many restaurants. On checking in, Cleaning is done daily. The care taker is available on call for any assistance. Round the clock security. It’s a new listing and the photographs make it look brand new although it’s fairly new. The villa is very well kept and was cosy. We didn’t use the pool or even go to that area. The only set back if I’m to talk about would be the delay in response by the host at the time of booking. That’s a sensitive time of decision making when there are many airbnbs around. I hope that can be improved. Apart from that we were given early check in and late checkout (this is dependent on availability). In that way the host made it very convenient for us. Thank you and we will definitely recommend the property!

Raavi's villa in Assagao is a hidden gem in the heart of Assagao, Goa. A very tastefully restored and designed Portuguese villa nestled in the wilderness of Goa. The villa is fully equipped with everything one needs to have a comfortable and enjoyable holiday. The caretaker also prepared us breakfast every morning and was always available at our disposal. Raavi is super responsive and attentive to guests and we feel lucky to have had the privilege of having lived in the house and being hosted by Raavi and his wonderful on ground team. we definitely intend to come back soon.

We had a great stay. It is located in a very peaceful area and surrounded by many trees. Suril is a great host and very responsive. Reaching Ashwem beach takes 7-8 minutes on scooty, mandrem beach takes about 15 minutes on scooty. Many restaurants and cafes on the Main beach road. The air bnb is located little away from the main road and a scooty is recommended to go to the nearby grocery stores. Daily cleaning service is provided free of cost. Overall, it's a great value for the money charged.

The Villa was beautifully decorated and was very spacious. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We had an extra couple of guests staying with us who happened to be India at the same time and that was handled very efficiently. Any questions we had were answered within minutes. The villa was cleaned daily which I had never had in any other Airbnb. The beach was 30 minutes walk via a couple of routes which I enjoyed doing every day. We occasionally used a taxi and they were very easy to come by. There are plenty of great eating places both around the beach and more local to the villa. Dunes on the beach was our favourite place to visit for drinks and/or food. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit.

Very nice and comfortable stay, mansi has taken care of everything especially our toddler needs. Awesome stay and property is also very nice Only two things to keep in mind: Property is little far from cafes/ eating joints so need a ride if staying Also property is on 2nd floor without lift. I stayed only for a day and was mostly busy but was a very comfortable stay. Very smooth checkin. Good kitchen. Beautifully decorated property and good vibes. I would like to visit again but for a longer stay.
