Wonderful property, beautifully appointed and lavishly kitted out, with all the things one needs - and more Lots of attention to detail, even the little things in all areas. Everything was much like the photographs show them to be. We were impressed also, by the excellent caretaking team, who along with the host, Mr Deepak, were very responsive and cooperative, at all times. My thanks to them all 🙏🏼 Would definitely recommend this property, for a group of up to 10 people or less.

Absolutely Amazing Experience! We had an incredible time at this villa! A group of 11 of us checked in to celebrate a 40th birthday, and everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was extremely welcoming and attentive, taking care of even the smallest details. The location is fantastic—just a 10-minute drive to all the happening places. But honestly, the villa itself is even more beautiful than the pictures! A special thanks to Ashok- the caretaker, and Aunty for their warmth and hospitality. The food they prepared was so delicious that we skipped an outdoor lunch just to enjoy another meal at the villa! Highly recommend this place, and we’d love to come back again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Panav is a great host super helpful, always available and very generous! He sent us lovely breakfasts , suggested great nearby places to visit! The helpers were very good and always available making sure we had a comfortable stay. The airbnb has a lovely ambiance , cute, cozy and private! If you visit north Goa we highly recommend this airbnb!

The caretaker of the Villa Mr Parmeshwar and his wife were very Quick to respond to our requests.They really give good service regarding food, Breakfast, menus they prepared were quite excellent….Thank you

Revant's place was amazing, so well done. the decor is just beautiful, the living room is amazing to chill in, the pool in the villa and the community pool are both wow, each room has an attached washroom and everything is kept super clean. the caretaker deva was amazing. cooked amazing breakfasts for us and even recommended massages. the host also dropped by with some holi sweets which was a really lovely touch!

Our group of 10 had more than enough space in the home, making it a perfect choice for our stay. Kiran, the caretaker, was incredibly helpful and ensured we had everything we needed. The breakfast variety he offered was great and was absolutely delicious each morning. The beds were comfortable, and we felt right at home throughout our stay. The property is ideally located near all the popular spots, which made exploring the area very convenient. Additionally, there's a scooter rental shop just outside the property, which was a huge bonus for easy transportation. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely return in the future.

They’re not just in it for the business – they’re genuinely warm, helpful, and kind-hearted people who go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay. From the moment we arrived, even during a heavy rainstorm, the check-in process took less than a minute – smooth and hassle-free! What truly stood out was the personal touch. Vijay gave us a thoughtful follow-up call the next morning just to check how we were feeling and if we were having fun – such gestures are rare and deeply appreciated. A heartfelt shoutout to the house help, Dasmania, who was exceptional throughout our stay. She served us with so much care and ensured we had everything we needed when it came to food. I’d give her a solid 5/5 without hesitation. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience Goa with great hospitality!

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect for accommodating our large group of 8 people! The place was spotless when we arrived, and we received a warm welcome with clear instructions before our stay, which made everything so seamless. A special shoutout to the caretakers, Bruno and Santhosh, who were amazing! They took care of all our needs, were super friendly, and made our stay incredibly convenient and comfortable. The villa itself is spacious, with well-maintained rooms, attached bathrooms for every room, and a beautiful garden with a pool—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The experience of staying here truly made our trip memorable! The location is another highlight—right in the heart of all the places you'd want to explore in North Goa. Vagator and Morjim are almost equidistant from the villa, making it very accessible to all the popular spots. If you're looking for a top-notch stay with excellent amenities and outstanding service (better than most hotels), highly recommend!

Casa Rebello is beautiful! The house itself is stunning, and the host and staff are kind and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was healthy and delicious. Anything we needed during our stay was provided to us promptly. After a day or evening out in Goa, returning to a quiet and secluded home is such a treat. I’m still thinking about the breeze in the courtyard and pool area — I wish I could have stayed longer!

The place was an absolute stunner. From the time we checked in we were in awe of the villa and its simplicity yet classiness. The caretaker Musad and Shaqeel were the most caring people I have met. They made us feel like we were completely at our comfort zone and went to all extend to make sure we had the most comfortable stay in goa. I would recommend everyone to stay with them.

The location of this villas is very nice. Every place that you would want to visit is approachable both towards north goa and south goa. We had a lovely stay here.

We had an absolutely amazing stay, the caretaker and staff is great and flexible and easily available. The location is the best, we found most of our cafes, restaurants and lounges within 10-15 min drive. The check-in and check-out process was also very smooth. I would definitely recommend staying here, I know I will be the next time I come to Goa!

Great place and very friendly host and staff. We were 11 adults and 2 kids and we had ample space to get together, have fun. The pool was clean and we enjoyed it every day. Very helpful host who took care of our needs. Very helpful staff. The cooks made delicious food and there were lots of choices. We will visit this place again. 30mins from the beaches and centrally located.

The location of the Villa is amazing! Set in a pristine corner in Siolim, it’s the perfect weekend getaway for couples and group of friends alike. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean and the house has a cosy and welcoming atmosphere. Would definitely recommend to give it a go if you want a villa that’s worth the value!

It’s a very beautiful villa exactly like the pictures. Loved our stay at La luxo, the highlight was the infinity pool with amazing mesmerising view like country side. The host is very friendly and responsive. Care taker was also very helpful and responsive. We felt so relaxed and comfortable. Overall I recommend this place to everyone 10/10

This is undoubtedly one of the best properties I have stayed at in Goa! Enjoyed a lot with my family. The caretakers were super helpful and helped me in setting up a surprise for my husband on his birthday. The pool and amenities were super good and the area was quiet but every good beach was within 15-20 minutes of drive. Amazing experience!

well , it was my first experience in Villa in GOA and trust me it was the best one . The viber of the villa is so romantic that makes you fall in love with the place and the ones you are with (if couple ) , The pool table is cherry on top . the lightings and everything is place over a well thought plan and vision . the villa looks more than the images. must visit property if you are looking for to have a peaceful stay in the forest kind vibe. away from the goa's congestion . must try property if you are going in a group of 6 or more people.

It's a beautiful Villa settled in a peaceful locality in Siolim. Spacious Rooms with enough amenities to help around your vacation. The Living Room was spacious and could easily accomodate all 10 of us during our Hangout Sessions. The Pool was clean and big enough for us to spend the day at ease . The Caretaker Sandeep was responsive to our needs and ensured the villa was clean everyday . Finally , the hosts Gaurav and Aakash were very friendly and courteous during the booking period and vacation . Overall we loved the property and would love to come back here again . Cheers 🥂

The stay at the property was really pleasant. The villa was well maintained, clean and spacious. The decor was excellent. All amenities were there. Outdoor spaces were extremely calm to chill. Garden had a pool and the terrace overlooked the forest. The surrounding was also really nice. The property was away from hustle bustle and about 15-20 mins away from siolim, vagator and morjim beach. We really enjoyed the stay and would highly recommend this property
