The apartment was clean and nice. All facilities are in condo + huge mall in walking distance. You can find almost everything, what you need. The only minus is location. Far from the city center, and a bit far from closest BTS station, which can bring you to city center. So you need to take bus/taxi bike for get to metro. Or if you use to just use a taxi, this is also can be solution for you. But the rest was really good.

The accommodation is beautiful, identical to the pictures, where next to you there is a restaurant and coffee, as well as a simple supermarket

Everything was beautiful and the price of the house was very suitable, which needs a simple house consisting of two floors with three rooms on the top and at the bottom, a dining room and a kitchen that does not hesitate. The place was nice & in a gated community. I wish it was closer to the main attractions in Bangkok. It took about 45 minutes to get near downtown.
